About this property

Northern Beaches beachfront house for 6-8 people - awesome beach location !

This holiday house is just 20km from Sydney and yet feels like you are 100's km away down the coast as it overlooks a marine reserve. The very best of both holiday options. Enjoy Sydney festivities and events with the relaxing vibe of the beachside holiday home.

The configuration is a main house overlooking the beach with stunning views from the open plan living/kitchen/dining area and a deck that opens up from the kitchen down towards the beach access grass path.


The main house has 3 bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom plus a further bedroom/study attic.




The outdoor area has a Gas bbq and a fenced garden. Well behaved pets are welcome.

As well as being on the beach we are only a few hundred metres from Narrabeen lake, Narrabeen 50m ocean pool and the rock pools which are great for younger children to swim and play in.

This is a quiet unique spot and families will no doubt enjoy a beach holiday of a lifetime. The area is not suitable for party groups. The house has a small apartment on the side that is occupied by a couple but this has separate entrance and is private . There is a deck with outdoor seating and small garden area with separate BBQ only accessible to the main house , then a larger garden area and big dining table and more outdoor sofas outside that is a shared garden space but can be used whenever required .

Fantastic location

Awesome location , can’t fault the views Everything you need. Very trendy . Hosts were very welcoming and prompt in communication. As an older couple we found the modem sofa a little uncomfortable and would recommend a mattress upgrade. Overall would highly recommend for young family and couples for a wonderful beachside getaway!!!

Wonderful accommodation at a beautiful location!

My partner and I had an amazing weekend stay at this place. Ali and Nick were incredibly wonderful hosts who even let our family come in to help my partner organise a proposal so it was definitely a weekend to remember. The place is well equipped and the king bed was so comfy! The hot tub and projector was an added bonus. The view in the backyard was my absolute favourite knowing we had an easy access to the beach behind us.

Pleasant stay near ocean

Pleasant stay near the ocean where we could bring our dog. Owners very kind. The accommodation itself was better suited to young people . We are in our forties and were looking for somewhere more private - to read and relax by the sea.

The Warriewood

Great little spot, views and facilities are awesome, we made great use of the hot tub and the projector screen over the tub is a great addition. Or even just star gaze.

Ali was a gracious and flexible host. Property as described beautifull beach head location.

Was a great experience for my wife and I and cattle dog Bishop. Beautiful vista overlooking deserted beaches. Close to everything you need. Ali was grascious host and very accommodating to our needs and made us feel welcomed. Would recomend for the perfect get away when not getting away due to its close proximity to sydney , but isolated and private location.

Great Apartment!

A reasonable sized apartment for a couple. Lots of outdoor space and a fantastic view. I was worried about there not having any air conditioning but even on a hot evening it was fine. Their very friendly Golden Retriever shares the garden. I appreciated the basic provisions in the fridge upon arrival. You probably need a car if you stay at this end of Narrabeen. I'd certainly recommend it and hope to stay again.

Turiemetta is one of Sydney’s best kept secrets. Great hideaway, stunning scenery, perfect guest spot. Attentive hosts. Loved the spa bath in the middle of winter!

Northern beaches panoramic retreat

This property is in a magnificent position with a fabulous outdoor living area. Inside it is cosy, well decorated and well-equipped. Although the weather was not favourable we enjoyed the proximity to the narrabeen coffee shops and restaurAnts. It made a great base during our daughter’s wedding on the northern beaches.

A lovely, modern unit in a quiet, dress circle location. Felt very exclusive sitting in the hot tub at dusk overlooking stunning Turimetta Beach; definitely has the 'wow' factor. Friendly hosts, highly recommend.

Both our girls have flown the nest. We renovated the house a few years ago so that we could use it for our own family gatherings and allow others to do the same.

Why they chose this property

We have a unique beachfront spot that is a 'secret' to even many of the locals in the area.

What makes this property unique

The magical location and beach feel of the house . The beach is steps away and there are walks, local activities such as kayaking and a large 50m outdoor pool and lagoon less than a km away. Trips into Sydney are simple to enjoy its many attractions.
