WEILHOUSE LIVING: WHO WE ARE
We offer 3 unique properties under our WeilHouse Living brand. We have three farmstays on our beautiful 8 acre organic Farm in Bellingen in NSW. Our properties have been lovingly built and restored to tread lightly on the planet and to maximise the beautiful surrounds.

OUR VISION
Our vision is simple, we are committed to providing our guests with eco-friendly accomodation and to provide you with a beautiful space which is fully equiped for you to enjoy your holiday with your loved ones.

OUR FARM HOUSE
This large Farm House is our family home that I make available when I can. The Farm House is a stunning space of lovingly collected eclectic materials and interiors from around the world that come together in a way that make you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The house has featured in several coffee table books and interior and architectural magazines.
This property has stunning north east views to the mountains and many outdoor day beds to soak up the surrounds. Our rural home has comfort and style at it's heart. We have created a unique space where you can relax and enjoy being in nature. Pantry and Kitchen are well equipped with all the comforts of home generously taken care of.

HOUSE LAYOUT
There are three large bedrooms inside the house, one x King Bed, one x Queen Bed and one x Double Bed. We have a large inside bathroom with toilet, large bath and shower and an additional toilet in the laundry. There is a second bath and shower outside on the verandah under the stars.

OUTDOOR PLUNGE POOL
We have a beautiful private outdoor plunge pool and sun deck for you to enjoy during the warmer months.

OUR FARM ANIMALS
We have two dogs, two horses, two miniature Pygmy goats, two hives of native stingless bees, and our heritage chickens and ducks free range on our farm. Our cows are enjoying greener pastures on our neighbours farm. If you are allergic to dogs then this property is not suitable for you.

OUR PERMACULTURE STYLE FARM
The Farm House is situated within our orchard and veggie gardens, so you get to experience the distinctive growing seasons while you stay here.

PASSIVE SOLAR DESIGN
Our home is built from second hand and recycled materials including; doors, windows and timber. Every care has been taken to limit our carbon footprint in the way we are set up. Solar power, rain tanks and our reed bed septic system means we recycle all our resources back into the farm and the food we produce here.

GETTING TO BELLINGEN
Bellingen is spread out, with many beautiful valleys, rivers and bush walks to enjoy and explore. So having your own car is important to getting around and seeing all that it offers.

FLYING: Coffs harbour airport is 30 min away.
TRAINS: Urunga Train station is 20 min away.
BUSES: we have a bus service to both urunga and coffs that goes into bellingen town.
TAXIS: we have taxis from bellingen town.

GUEST ACCESS & HOUSE RULES

ACCESS
You have your own private house at the top of our farm. It has flat access with under cover parking. You are welcome to enjoy our whole farm and explore the property. Please ensure you keep all the gates closed to keep our animals safe and to prevent them getting out on the road and into our cropping areas.

INTERACTION WITH US
We run a busy farm but we will pop up and welcome you and see if you have everything you need. Then, we will leave you to your holiday. Please make yourselves at home and enjoy all that our farm has to offer. If you or your children would like to help feed our farm animals and collect the eggs please ask us when you arrive. Nothing is too much trouble for us, so please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.

HOUSE RULES
This is a lovingly put together family home. We would like you to look after our space and leave it as you found it. This is not a party house - you may not have additional guests above and beyond those listed on the booking, if you do want a friend to stay over please notify us and we can arrange that for you at an additional cost of $100 per night.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Our house uses rain tank water and we recycle the grey and black water back into our farm so please only use biodegradable soaps and washing powers. We supply guests with eco friendly laundry detergent and soaps.

LONG STAYS
For guests booking a long stay at this property (more than a week) we ask that the guests pay an additional $200 per fortnight for the house to be cleaned.
