No tea, coffee, sugar or milk, pretty basic necessities. Dripping tap in the bedroom, had to ring manager as there was no towels when we arrived, (they got dropped off later)Parquetry in the bedroom is lifting and several pieces are loose.
Rang owner four times with no reply. Hard to find which property it was. Up very steep hill but no balcony so no view. Open back door to construction site. No cooking facilities, only a microwave. Water is awful. Interior lighting very dim. Odds and sods for crockery and cutlery.
I cannot recommend this place or the manager more. The communication was exceptional. We felt like we were at home.
Jayne went above & beyond to accommodate us. Will stay there again for sure...
Thank you again Jayne
