Hiding in the rain forest is this high set home with 3 bedrooms, open plan living room, dining & kitchen. Glamping style holiday home will bring you back with nature.
Large glass sliding doors open onto the balcony to bring the outside in.
1770 Tree House is a rustic home, but it is comfortable for those seaside holiday memories. You are within natures living room! This property is unique and not for everyone ! Please read the description carefully before booking.
The Space:
1 Queen, 1 Double and 2 sets of bunks, Laundry and bathroom. Fans in all rooms. Gas Cooking, linen provided and fully self contained kitchen. The oven and cook top requires a gas lighter (Supplied) to light.
Easy walk to the 1770 Foreshore. The driveway is steep with room to back around to drive down again.
BBQ around the back, Fridge is cold, Enjoy your holiday !
Guest Access:
Arriving before dark and coming in your own vehicle is recommended. Walk to the 1770 Tree bar for a sunset drink or the 1770 mariner for your water pleasure there is also a cafe for your morning coffee.
Please be advised we have solar lights along the driveway we would appreciate them not being moved.
The Neighborhood:
As you are in a residential area, loud noises should be at a minimum.
Rubbish Collection day is Monday evening for a Tuesday morning pick up. Please leave seafood scraps in Freezer until bin night. Do not place them in the residential bin prior. There are purpose bins at the 1770 Mariner carpark to dispose of your seafood also.
Other Things to Note:
As you are exposed to the elements in this house, no fly screens, please put all food away in plastic food containers found in the cupboard, or bring your own. Best to keep lights off inside at night to keep bugs out. Keep bathroom door closed at all times. Protected Native bush rats (Antechinus) live in our area
Each arrival has toilet paper and washing up detergent, dishcloth and scourer pad for arrival. We do not have an endless supply of these products please buy/bring your own for your stay. Saltnpepper and oil can be in the house, however other guests will sometimes take them home with them !

You will be notified for key access on arrival day or the day before.
