Ruby’s Cottage located at Tooroonga Park (Equestrian Property) is available as a boutique B&B, providing modern, luxury accommodation. It is located in the heart of the Yarra Valley (only three kilometres from our other property - Wandin Park Estate). Approximately 50 minutes drive east of Melbourne CBD. Situated within walking distance to 4 local wineries. It is the perfect stay for the couple (maximum 2 adults) looking for something a little different and unique. Ruby's is nestled within a working Equestrian Academy. So for those equestrian enthusiast or those that just love our equine friends from a distance it is the perfect getaway. Sit in the court yard or on the private viewing deck and watch the horses go by. Our B&B provides you with the luxury of the finest Melbourne hotels surrounded by natural splendour of the Yarra Valley. It is great for a romantic weekend or a country getaway.
Ruby's is a separate cottage apartment featuring a queen size massaging bed. With a kitchenette and an ensuite separated by a 400 year old Elm timber door.

My partner and I had a great time staying at Rubys cottage. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable and had nice architectural features. The breakfast was also delicious. Our host Angela went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable, even providing us with a lift to and from Attica Summer camp. 5 stars!

Perfect for our special occassion

If you're looking to stay somewhere to celebrate a special occasion, the Tooroonga Park - Yarra Valley B&B is a stunning site. We celebrated our 15 year anniversary here and the room absolutely exceeded our expectations. The appointments throughout are both thoughtful and luxurious adding a bit of shine to our special milestone. It's a good size space, too, with a spacious luxurious bathroom, a well stocked kitchen and a court yard perfect for afternoon nibbilies. The property itself is lovely, too, and is close to a few wineries and local history. Would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic Boutique Stay with Rural Charm

I was pleasantly surprised at the welcoming nature of the host, their flexibility and their attention to detail. The room was lovely and well appointed. The bathroom was beautiful and has an old world charm. If you are looking for a romantic escape in the Yarra Valley area look no further than this beautiful little room nestled amongst a wonderful riding academy (it was great to be able to witness new riders learning and certainly added to the ambience of the property). Fantastic stay!!

Cosy and well appointed cottage located on a beautiful property with amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome by our host, Angela. The sparkling wine on arrival and breakfast pastries were a very nice touch. We loved watching the horses ride past our room and walking around the beautiful grounds. We will definitely be back!
