Our property is located just 200 yards from the Beach w/ a great view of the Gulf. Cozy & Tranquil is a great description for our fully-furnished 3+ bedroom townhome with a complete kitchen. You will love our laid-back atmosphere while enjoying our convenient location close to Entertainment, Restaurants, Shopping, Golf & Fishing. Top-notch Casinos are just 4 to 8 miles from our property and New Orleans is an easy 70 minute car ride. You are at the epicenter for a plethora of exciting activities
If you are into sunsets, a short walk to the beaches is a wonderful place to watch. If you are into New Orleans cuisine, a short walk under the beautiful Oak Trees to the infamous New Orleans based restaurant " Felix's Restaurant and Oyster Bar" will excite your taste buds. If you are into Pina Coladas and the moonlight, just take a step out onto your deck and just relax. Less than 7 minutes, you are near a Beachfront Golf Course, Shopping Mall, Casinos, Restaurants, Museums, Movie Theaters, fishing and Jones Park.

This Home includes:

3 bedrooms with 3 Queens, 2 Full size, 1 Twin XL and 2 full bathrooms. The living room is furnished with 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper and one love seat, flat screen tv with cable and internet included, and opens to the dining room and the kitchen & bar area . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all stainless type appliances including refrigerator with icemaker, dw, microwave, disposal, glasstop stove, pantry, granite countertops, and barstools. The kitchen is fully furnished with all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, coffemaker and toaster to enable comfortable times when cooking.

The outdoor living space includes a large 14' x20' wide large deck equipped with table & chairs. Deck has great ocean view and serves for usage both sitting above deck and covered below deck for lounging & BBQ grilling in the shade.

Brian was great to work with and very helpful and accommodating. The deck had a nice view of the ocean and there were several places close by (driving) to eat and drink. Felix's is out the back door and a very good place to eat. Overall the house was workable for us but a bit smaller that we had anticipated. We had 7 adults in the condo which was okay but did get a bit crowded. We enjoyed our stay but wish the house had some upgrades on kitchen items and beds.

Great location

The location was wonderful. During the trip we went to Biloxi and New Orleans. Their are 4 rentable townhouses but we never heard our neoghbors. Its great for large groups. The bed, floors and kitchen were clean. The only issue was alot of dust on the walls and some of the utensils were rusted. Nothing a little spring cleaning will not fix. Overall we loved our stay.

I am proud mother of four and have raised all of my kids on the Beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast (over 20 years). My husband is from Pass Christian and was born and raised here. He brought me here in the early 90's and introduced me to the Coast. I fell in love immediately. After Hurricane Katrina, we had evacuated to central Mississippi and I had suggested we might want to start our lives over there. My husband didn't hesitate. He said, " We have to go back.....we have to go back to rebuild." Two week later we were back at our home in Long Beach. We have endured a lot of hardships along the way, just something as simple as driving your kids to school became a chore. We didn't have any bridges, so a 15 minute drive became an hour drive everyday to and from, for over a year. Now the Coast is better than ever. We are so proud of the Coast and where it is today. We know you will find it as wonderful and exciting as we do. Anything we can do to enhance your stay, just ask us. We have some fantastic suggestions.
