Home is spacious and well maintained in a quiet tree lined neighborhood. 2 Livingrooms the main room and den off the main living room. 2 bathrooms with plenty of quality towels and soaps. Excellent LOCATION to all the activities Tucson has to offer.....Wont find a better location, and Value. Great kitchen new appliances, great cook ware and disehes. Very modern home with the feel of the southwest. Two living rooms one can be used as a fourth bedroom it offers a futon for sleeping, or just a room to hang out in.The backyard is very tranquil with lots of plants and Barbaque plus firepit. Also a great yard for your Furry Friends, and a place to barbecue. Three bedrooms each with comfy beds and bedding. Home is close to everything. Restaurants, movie theaters, Parks hiking trails, Zoo, the University of Arizona, malls, even several nearby gyms. A place to come have fun! Also bring your Pups! (Only $75 pet fee) Book today and come enjoy our city. You will be pleased.
