Illowra is a 700m² residence set on six private, gently landscaped acres at Doonan, surrounded by bushland and manicured gardens. There are no visible neighbours and no road noise, the only sounds are the birds and wildlife that share the property with you.

It's the closest thing to renting a private resort for your family and friends: a fifteen-metre saltwater pool and heated spa, an enormous undercover entertaining area with its own outdoor kitchen, BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven, and enough space inside that twenty people never feel on top of each other.

The property is beautiful enough to have hosted weddings and appeared as a backdrop for television commercials — but it's designed, first and last, for a long, unhurried holiday with the people you like most.

And you're still only fifteen minutes from Hastings Street, and ten from Gympie Terrace in Noosaville.
The house

Seven bedrooms - (3 king beds + 5 queen beds) and three bathrooms plus a separate powder room. Two generous living areas, one informal and one formal, a separate dining room, and a soundproofed media room that has saved more than one family holiday. The designer kitchen is fully equipped for cooking properly, not just reheating.

The undercover entertaining area is the heart of the place - a full outdoor kitchen, BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven, with several separate lounge and dining zones so you can eat, read and swim without anyone having to negotiate. It all looks out over the pool, which is fenced and gated, and the spa, which is heated.

Dogs
We're happy to welcome dogs by prior arrangement — just let us know when you book. We ask that they stay off the beds and out of carpeted rooms. The pool and garden area is fenced; the wider property isn't, though the surrounding bush acts as a natural boundary.
