Perhaps you’d like to head straight for the covered big rear deck and soak up the beautiful views of Granite Island and the Victor Harbor bay. When inspiration strikes, you are just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beaches of Hayborough or the McCracken Country Club golf course and clubhouse facilities (bar, cafe and more!).

The house is only a few years old and has 3 bedrooms (sleeping a max of 6 people) and two bathrooms. The light-filled entrance leads to the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen opening out to the covered entertaining deck through glass sliding doors. The easy-care kitchen has a ceramic cooktop and electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. The living area has views of the sea, a big-screen TV, and a comfortable lounge for kicking back and relaxing. Enjoy your favourite internet activities with free NBN WiFi.

There are three bedrooms, the main with sparkling white ensuite and a built-in wardrobe. Bedrooms two and three are both of good size and located near the 3-way main bathroom.

The home also features high ceilings, ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning (with vents in living rooms and bedrooms), floating timber floors, and large windows that fill the home with natural light. The property is all on one level (house and deck) with three stairs at the front. Off-street undercover car parking for is available. There is even room to park the boat!

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.

The rear of the property is fulling enclosed with a mix of colourbond (1700mm high) and pool fencing (1200mm high). The grassed area off the rear deck is a fabulous and safe kid and pet-friendly play area. Of course, your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside!

The location of Haybough Beach is 500 metres which is a dog-friendly beach.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

SCHOOLIES - property is available with a $2,500 bond and a $250 cleaning fee for a maximum of 6 people ONLY plus $110 per person per night in excess of 2 guests. No parties allowed at any time.

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
