Beautiful beach house with stunning views, minutes walk to famous Killcare surf beach, offering every thing you need for your holiday escape.
This very spacious newly renovated house, has five bedrooms with unique furnishings and coastal relaxing feel, comfortable beds, beautiful linen and stunning views.
Four of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the fifth has a bunk beds plus single, perfect for kids.
There are three living areas in this split level house to spread around, so you will never feel crowded, even with big families or friends. There is a space for everybody to enjoy, either in the quietness of the TV room, the games room, or simply relaxing in front of the fire and enjoy the panoramic views from the beautiful main living area.
Big entertaining deck and patio with ocean view, will keep you outdoors most of the year sipping wine and firing up the BBQ. There is also an additional deck with a hammock and a court yard to leave the dog in its own doggy house.
For rainy days you can light the fire and watch the ocean or discover the numerous games, toys, tennis table, Foxtel and WiFi Internet are provided throughout the house

Only steps away is Killcare surf patrolled beach, with a kiosk and surf club, to grab a bite or coffee. Bouddi national costal walks are also within walking distance from the house and are unforgettable experience and adventure. There are plenty of other beaches around and small towns with shops and restaurants to visit. Hardy's Bay is within walking distance and is well known for its cafes, restaurants and small shops. Visit nearby Wagstaff to listen to jazz music or catch the ferry to Palm beach. The Bouddi national park with its Great ocean walks is also within walking distance from the house
This beach retreat is a perfect spot for those families getting together being kids and dogs friendly.
It is also perfect for friends weekend escape or retreat and we have clients who can provide yoga classes or masseur.
WiFi is provided , due o the remote location you may not have a good reception on your mobile unless with Telstra

Great family property. Very well equipped. Wonderful location near to the beach. 2 minute drive/10 minute walk to cafes and shops. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, table tennis table, log burner and the great views of the ocean.

Great location with beautiful beaches closeby.

The property is located to a convenient location with short walk to Putty Beach Reserve. The upper level balcony facing east and has sunrise view. The property is very clean and tidy.

THE HOUSE IS A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. THE THREE SEPERATE LIVING AREAS WERE A GREAT BONUS FOR MULTI-GENERATIONS. VERY COMFORTABLE.

This is so perfect for a couple of families or a large extended family with kids or teens. There are different zones, a couple of kitchens, bunk room, heaps of bathtooms a fireplace and excellent deck. A short distance away there is beach access down to killcare and the surf club as well as a beautiful bogey hole at the south end. The Boudi National Park walk kicks off at the northern end of killcare beach around to Maitland Bay and is spectacular. This was a stunning weekend and the house was incredibly comfortable. I'm sure it has one of the best master bedrooms on the hill.

Our first appearance of the property was shock at the amount of stairs and the unkempt exterior. Not a good start for 6 ladies who had to manhandle suitcases and shopping up stairs to the front door or alternately the stairs to the back door. The interior was spacious and well equipped but again more dreaded narrow stairs with incomplete handrail confronted us to lug our suitcases up to the bedrooms. The house was comfortable and well equipped with good views but definitely needs a great deal of maintenance and love and attention.

Relaxed and easy walk to the beach

The impression from the photos is that the views are of the ocean. You can see the ocean from three of the bedrooms and from a small balcony at the back of the property but not from the main living area and main balcony. There's ample sleeping room for 11 people but the kitchen isn't commensurate with this many people - it's quite small and the fridge is small. There was, however, a second fridge upstairs. The decor is lovely, lots of nice touches but there's a few basics missing such as enough pegs for the washing line and no Netflix (seems standard these days at most places). The property is a short walk to the beach, a huge plus, and has ample rooms for a large family. It does need some basic maintenance and painting.

Comfortable Beach House

House is not luxurious, needs upgrading in parts, but has plenty of space, is very relaxed and comfortable. The position is excellent as it is quiet and very close to the beach. We were disappointed that trees have blocked out the sea view from the entire downstairs of the property including the outdoor balcony. Lovely sea view from the upstairs main bedroom. All in all, a great house to return to.

Wonderful house for families, close to the beach & with enough room for everybody.

Our 2nd visit to this house as it's perfect for families/ groups, 5 mins walk to the beach. Great outdoor deck with BBQ ; indoors the room with ping pong table is great fun + there are extra toys for kids. Well appointed kitchen downstairs with enough of everything to cook a decent meal. Lovely views of the bush & out to the sea.

Fabulous place to stay.

The whole experience with this property was great. From booking onwards, it was first class. Any queries were promptly answered, check in was smooth and the property was beautifully presented, really spacious and everything we needed and more, was provided. The area offered everything we desired in a beautiful part of the world. We will return for sure.

Lots of room, 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, nice casual feel. Kitchen really well stocked for any cooking, and everything you need in the house. Very steep drive is a bit difficult for someone with a disability. Short walk to beach. An excellent house.

Great relaxed beach house in excellent location

We had a really marvellous time. The house is in a great location, a short stroll from Killcare beach. It had a very relaxed vibe, was comfortable and had everything we needed. Galina, the property manager, was extremely responsive and lovely to deal with. And the outdoor areas for the dogs were perfect.

Great getaway in Killcare

We had a lovely stay here. We all enjoyed staying in the house which comfortably accommodated two family groups. It was a nice short walk down the hill to the beach. Two living spaces, which made a holiday with children more comfortable. Nice ocean views from the bedroom. It was clean and comfortable. They also let us check out late so we can could have a relaxing Sunday, which was greatly appreciated. Our only criticism was that there were only a couple of tea bags and the downstairs bedroom needed some initial airing.

We loved our stay at the Killcare Beach Retreat. The house has everything you need, the beds are comfortable and we were lucky enough to watch the lunar eclipse and the moon rise the following night from the back deck! We will definitely be back!

Lovely spacious accom in a great location

We were 2 families, and we could have fit a 3rd. The property has everything you need - multiple hang out spaces, fireplace, well stocked kitchen, lovely big table to eat around. Ocean views - especially from the main bedroom. It was also just a very short walk to the.beach where we saw whales and dolphins!! We did miss having a bath tub, but no one had to wait for a shower and the ping pong table was put to good use! Thanks to the lovely owner and management. Having used Stayz previously I was a surprised at the additional 10% HomeAway fee (calculated on both the rental and the cleaning). I will be looking elsewhere for my bookings in future.

Our book club of 6 women thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and views of Killcare Beach Retreat. Well positioned for easy access to the beach, Hardy's Bay and Bouddi National Pk, the house was also well equipped with multiple living spaces, kitchen requirements and clean linen. Two days was not enough!

Perfect home

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this home. It was lovely and cozy sitting in the living area by the fireplace. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. It was fantastic to also have the table tennis table and a multitude of games that our family enjoyed - the television did not go on once! Killcare is very special for us and this home was the perfect place for us to stay and really enjoy our weekend.
