Beds could use an upgrade, but the location was excellent! 5 minute walk to public beach access and to activities in town. A better description as to which room was which would be good. There’s a board on the wall but maybe someone changed the direction of the arrow?!? Thanks for the affordable place to stay for the night!

Great location

Great location with basic amenities. Only problem was during the day the apartment wouldn't stay cold. It got up to 78 when we went back for naps with the kids.

Overall, would stay here againPROS:Absolutely adorable. Exactly as pictured. A great place, in a great location at the heart of Myrtle Beach action. Check in/out was a breeze, there's reserved parking, even beach gear provided. No bugs, no noise problems. Outlets by each bed. AC worked great. TV worked great. Had everything we expected/needed. And even a little balcony and a good sized closet we didn't know was there :)CONS:-One shared entrance then 3 studios inside have their own locked entries. Ours didn't have a deadbolt/ safety chain inside, just the keyless entry lock.-Sliding balcony door didn't lock or even latch, did have a wooden bar we could put down. Was not secure when we arrived but after some gusto got it in place.-Mattresses are older (linked spring style) and noisy. If you're a light sleeper that could be a concern. -Host provided check in info about 24hrs in advance, but only after I requested it. Didn't respond to questions about reserved parking. But did reply to a concern I had about cleanliness Definitely not spotlessly clean. For our stay sand was *everywhere* (floors, rug, table top, stools, even on the bed covers) Host responded, apologized, refunded cleaning fee. I was able to use an on-site broom to sweep up in about 10min after shaking things out. Dusty light fixtures, fan blades, bathroom vent. A little soap scum in the tub. Overall it had been cleaned but more a quick once over instead of a thorough cleaning service sparkly clean
