The beach house is set high on the hill overlooking One Mile and Samurai Beaches and is surrounded by national park. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are enclosed by full length glass offering you panoramic ocean and bush views. Sit back, relax and unwind; let the tranquility work its magic or cook up a storm or a BBQ then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labour whilst taking in the view. If the ocean isn't enough then the birds and wildflowers provide their own magic.

Feel like something more active?

You might like to take a 5 -7 minute walk through the bush down to One Mile beach but please keep in mind it's a bush track and steep in parts and might take a little longer to get back up.

Walk the beach, take a swim or try out the surf ski.

If the beach water is a little too cool for you then why not take a dip in the heated communal spa? You'll feel like you're on top of the world gazing out over the surrounding Tomaree National Park.

If you feel like venturing further afield then the delights of Nelson Bay are a 10 minute drive.

When it's time for a nap or at the end of the day there are 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans and airconditioning;
Bedroom 1 - ensuite with spa bath and 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 1 x split king & 1 x single bed

100% Cotton bed linen and Sheridan bath towels are provided for your comfort and so there will be less to pack, more room in the car, the beds will be made up prior to your arrival and you won't need to take the dirty linen home with you. Your trip will be so much more relaxing!

When it's time to go just lock up then drop the keys in the letterbox and you will be on your way. Leaving will be sad but I hope that you will be feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with many happy memories of beach house 7 so that you will have a One Mile smile when you remember your stay.

This property is perfect for romantic, family and small group getaways. Parties are not permitted.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
