NOA is a beautifully styled and freshly renovated coastal property on the very exclusive Boat Harbour headland.
2min walk and your toes will be on the sand of the protected Boat Harbour beach.
The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and a double garage.
Upstairs, you will be greeted with a grand living and entertaining area with high ceilings and a stunning, peaceful outlook overlooking the lush headland with water views from the balcony. The balcony is the perfect space to entertain after a day at the beach, cooking up a feast on the family webber BBQ.
The Master King room has been creatively designed with a high day bed capturing the water views for a dreamy space to enjoy a good book and morning coffee.
There is also a dedicated office area leading from the WIR for anyone needing to work and play.
Leading off the main area is also a full bathroom with shower.
Ground floor:
1x queen bedroom with floor to ceiling window and door, 1x double bedroom with floor to ceiling window and door, 1x bathroom with shower and bath, and a living room with a double fold-out sofa. The living room has doors that can be shut turning the living room into a 4th bedroom if needed. The living area and double bedroom both lead out to the fenced backyard equipped with kid`s tree house and slide.
Parking:
Bring your boat! There is plenty of parking with a double lock up garage, a long driveway and lots of curbside space.

The responsible renter MUST be 25 years of age or over and anyone under 25 MUST be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
No loud late noise after 10pm
and the house MUST be looked after and left tidy.
Failure to adhere to our terms and house rules will result in large fees.
This property is managed locally with the manager Jaymie living in in area, The manager will be available should you have any questions during your stay.
