The backyard was our favorite part! Our kids had so much fun in the pool. The covered patios were a great bonus. The overall layout of the house was great for what we needed. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils. The rest of the house just felt super dark! Updated lighting would be nice! Overall we liked our stay!
Good but the house needs a little love. Kitchen well equipped. The pool cleaners do not work well as much as they obsess about leaving them in 24/7. Feels like outside needs a good power wash and the furniture is a bit older, dated. Also, the lighting throughout the entire house is very dim, needs updating. Many positives though, 3 sets of bunk beds, quiet location, large pool, lots of yard space. Lots of pool towels. Nice working wine fridge in kitchen and outside. Casita is nice option but it is bare bones. If someone did a few updates to the lighting and furniture, it would be well received. Was able to check in early which was lovely but check out time was held to 10am which was hard. Easy check in w door code. Back door for pool has high door handle which is appreciated for little kids.
Spacious, inviting home with a lovely swimming pool and outdoor entertainment area. Great location, easy travel to and from the airport, lots of amenities close by. We'd definitely stay here again!
Enjoyed our time. The property is spacious. The backyard was incredible for our family. The property location is great. Would highly recommend a stay at this property.
All the adult grandchildren were in town for Gramma's birthday! This home was great so that everyone could stay together and have things to do. Spacious, great communication, and close to everything. Would definitely recommend it!
We were several generation family attending wedding. Instead of hotel rooms we all stayed here. Pool a bit cold this timebof year and have to supplement the built in cleaner for the bottom but clear water. Bunk beds for kids only...adults not supported by the thin mattress es.
It met our needs and recommend.

Great property in good location
We really enjoyed our stay, house had great amenities. Hot tub was extremely dirty upon arriving. Talked with property manager and took 3 days to get it cleaned after it was cleaned was able to enjoy the pool (wasn't heated, so needed to warm up in hot tub). Other than that had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
We had family stay together during a family event. The kitchen was not well stocked only one large spoon for cooking. Patio had not been swept or any out door furniture dusted. Pool was dirty due to flowers and dust. The pool equipment was working but plugged and not cleaning. My brother in law cleaned pool all weekend looked like a new area when we left. The houses beds are comfortable.
Our family traveled down to AZ for the NHRA drag race, and I needed a house that could sleep 12 comfortably. The house is very nicely furnished and the backyard is very large, with a heated pool, BBQ area and a fire pit. There is a pool table in the front room and there were many late pool games that kept everyone entertained. . There are lots of restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend this house.

OK.
The entry door battery was low with constant reminders that the the battery was low. There were no blankets in the additional bedding provided (trundle). Had to go to a nearby store to purchase after a long trip. There was a scorpion found near the pool. During cold weather, the additional rear unit has no insulation and very cold. Small space heater provided and it smelled like burnt hair. Also, the rear unit has no door lock to secure personal items form the outside while you are away. In addition, a heated pool would have been great during the cold days as we weren't able to enjoy. There is a table setting near the stairs making is unsafe for kids. Aside from the mentioned, it was ok. In the future, we would like to avoid staying at this location.

Hi Isabel, The right vacation home is everything, and we’re sorry if this one didn’t fully meet your expectations. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
- We have additional batteries available in the storage closet that could have been changed out. We wish you had let us know about this while at the property.
- The blankets are in the cabinet next to the desk where the trundle is located. We also provide additional bedding, extra pillows, and blankets in the storage closet.
- We have regularly scheduled appointments with pest control but we are in the desert and have little critters.
- We installed a brand new mini-split AC system in the rear unit. This unit is also capable of heating the entire unit in less than 5-10 minutes. We will eliminate the space heater.
- We do not have a lock on the casita because the gate to the outside of the house is locked and is secure from anyone entering the premises. However, we understand your point and will look into adding a lock on that door.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
The house was a great gathering place for our family. We had our youngest, the cousins aged (23-26) stay in the bunk room. This was our only downfall as some of them were over 6' tall. The accommodations were excellent other than that. We had to purchase air mattresses to accommodate them. Communications with the property manager went well until we asked for a later checkout, we needed to get folks to different airports and an extra hour would have been really nice. All communications ended a few days before our departure. On a good note, we were able to drop off groceries an hour before our 4pm checkin time. I would suggest a deep cleaning of the property before rentals. The ceiling fans were covered in dust as well as the wooden blinds in the home. We enjoyed the pool area and with the maintenance equipment we kept the pool in great condition and free of leaves and debris. The water was cool, but with the hot temperatures during our stay it was absolutely perfect! A heated pool would not have been very refreshing. We enjoyed a few pool tournaments in the family room as well! Other than improvising a few of the kitchen utensils that were available, it was a great size for our group. Overall, I would recommend this home for a family gathering. If we ever go back to Phoenix, we would stay here again!
The house is nice and clean the backyard furniture needs updating to keep it fresh. The kids were eaten alive by bugs out by the pool.

Great Place
The home was perfect for our family group to stay there. Everything was in order.
The pool vacuum, which has to remain in the pool, was frustrating to work around with a group of 14 swimming at a time.
