We have quiet boutique villas away from the high rises and noise of the esplanade - the perfect place to unwind and indulge. Find it hard to part with your pet? All our units are pet-friendly.

We have three beautiful, spacious two bedroom, pet-friendly Waterfront Villas available in the heart of Mooloolaba. They each have a full kitchen and living area, private balcony and courtyard overlooking the tranquil canal. If this Villa is unavailable please contact us as we have 3 waterfront Villas.

All have direct access to the pool and canal, there is a pontoon if you would like to bring your boat.

We are just a short walk from Mooloolaba Beach and the Esplanade, close to some beautiful dog-friendly beaches, and only 15 minutes from Sunshine Coast airport.

This particular villa has two queen beds -4 people

There are 3 waterfront Villas side by side a house and garden-view studios.
- Bond and pet fee is payable on arrival to the property directly. No Schoolies Please

Large townhouse with private access to the pool. Fully fenced courtyard - pets are welcome.
Q: Can I leave my dog unattended?
No - Dogs can bark and get quite distressed if left alone in a different environment. We have pet-minding facilities, please book in advance to avoid missing out.

Perfect for a mini break to the sunny coast with our toddler and Labrador

This property was perfect and the location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the beach and esplanade, we could launch our SUP board right outside the door from the pontoon, and the swimming pool was lovely over the hot weekend. Villa was very clean and they thought of everything for our pups stay too! We’ll definitely be back!

Hidden gem

There aren’t many places in Mooloolaba that allow pets to holiday with you. Thanks for welcoming us and our puppy. We had a fabulous stay. The short walk to the esplanade was easy for our young child and our puppy. Hopefully we will be back!

Fantastic place and wonderful stay , could use some more cooking utensils

Saltwater villas was a perfect place for us to stay. We were able to have our dog on holidays with us. It was lovely being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the canal. The place had plenty of space and was well looked after. If you're going to stay I would recommend taking some extra cooking utensils. We had no tongs for the BBQ and no sharp knives.

Clean, but weary

Having accepted our booking (and our money), we were told that the property we had booked wasn't available but we could stay at another house - we were told it was an upgrade. (Presumably if we had refused at this point we would have been entitled to a refund. ) The house was certainly clean, and the process of arrival and entry was smooth, however it was pretty tired and could certainly do with some new paint, carpets and the like. We did enjoy our stay, though, so we aren't really complaining.

Hi Sue & Warwick, you say "presume", but you did not ask me for a refund, we would have gladly refunded you via HomeAway, you seemed happy with the upgrade at the time there was no mention of getting your money back. This never normally happens, it's unfortunate that sometimes due to maintenance or other circumstances we need to upgrade people to bigger waterfront houses. There was no extra charge, we have many people very happy with the house. Thank you for your feedback, we really want all our guests to be 100% happy. We have the carpets steamed cleaned every month, being pet-friendly and will check to see if it needs a re-paint. Regards Alison & Brian
