Fantastic space - perfect for inter-generational family stay, plenty of room for everyone, and a bathroom for each bedroom. Host has gone to a lot of effort to furnish the house with everything you need, so it is a bit odd that wifi is not provided. Great location right in the centre of Cowes but away from any street noise.
Very nice spacious townhouse in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and beach. Would have liked internet access to end the evening with a Netflix movie and to keep the teens happy!

Nice comfy accommodation close to all nearby shops. No need to drive for our supplies or cafes which was great!Quiet accommodation for a relaxing getaway which is what we were looking for.Agent was a walking distance also. Check in/out was easy. Communication with property manager was also very good and timely. Very much enjoyed our visit to Cowes!
This property was in a great location and was nice and spacious! However, it wasn't overly clean on arrival and didn't really have basic things you would expect in a house (e.g. condiments and some basic shower toiletries) so make sure you bring everything along with you. The towels could also do with an upgrade. The property was also quite noisy due to neighbours not complying with noise restrictions in the very early morning.
Super clean, very inviting, spacious and comfortable environment. Location was superb, walking distance to restaurants, beach and supermarkets.
Missing wifi but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
Beautiful place, everyone enjoyed having their own ensuite. The house was very nice and cozy it has a spacious lounge however the neighbours across the fence were very noisy loud music till the early morning. It was a bunch of life guards. Apparently also a rental. The place itself was good.
Place was clean, with plenty of space and in a perfect location. 3 beds and 3 bathrooms was 👌👌👌. Just a short walk to the main street, beach, restaurants and cafes. Only thing missing was wifi and/or a smart TV. Other than that, 5 stars.
Mid week August is not a good time to stay in Cowes
Most restaurants and cafes were closed or operating on limited hours and services. Hard to get a morning coffee or lunch Its a sleepy town in Winter.
No Wifi was a bit disappointing and the TV is not smart. We had a great time anyway.
Conveniently located and spacious for a family of 4. Kids loved having their own bathroom each.
We requested to extend our stay and the agent responded within an hour.

Thanks so much for a lovely stay. The property was 2 mins walk to main strip shops, including 2 big supermarkets. Spotlessly clean, everything was pretty new and modern, spacious with a cute courtyard, off street parking and equipped with lots of extras for a comfortable stay (washing machine, bbq, air fryer, games room). Considering how close it was to the main strip, it was also very quiet. Loved our stay 9.5 /10 ( the addition of wifi would be awesome to help entertain kids when not out and about , some remote working etc)
Definitely recommend staying at this beautiful house. The neighbourhood is super cosy and extremely friendly. The host was incredible and was very quick to reply to all questions. House was very clean and had all the basic necessities. Unfortunately no wifi but the house was incredible and definitely recommend staying here for a holiday to Phillip island. My partner and I were incredibly happy
Property was in a great location - the main shopping street was just down the bottom of the crt , but unit was lovely & quiet - we could have been miles away from all the action , but we weren't !!!

Close to everything and quite most of the time.
People in adjoining apartments don’t welcome strangers ,and are very unfriendly.
You wouldn’t find much better in Cowes.

We could walk to woolies, Coles to the pubs all within 2 to 10 mins. The town house was exceptional. We actually said we would be interested in buying it if it was on the mkt. It impressed us that much

Nice and close to main street
Nice property, close to shops and beach etc
Only disappointment was that we had to supply all our own bedding/linen/towels/tea towels etc. Made it more difficult to cart it all there and back. Usually expect these things to be supplied when staying away.
Loved the location and the townhouse. Walking distance to foreshore and main street for shopping and food, but tucked away in a quiet location. Would definitely stay there again!
