The Villa Retreat - Your 2 bedroom Self-Contained Home Away From Home

The Villa Retreat is designed to be the ideal place to relax when you're away from home whether that be for work or pleasure.

It is completely self contained with a full kitchen and cooking facilities, a dining room and lounge room to relax in. Unlimited Wifi internet is included in the price and we have a washing machine, clothes line, dryer and iron with board to make longer stays comfortable.
The Villa was renovated recently with brand new flooring, blinds, air conditioning added and painted throughout!
There are two bedrooms, the first with a queen bed, the second with two singles.

Standard accommodation is for 4 people, it may be possible to accommodate an extra small child or infant. Please contact us to enquire.
Nestled in a quiet suburb and with its own private little garden, you can walk a few hundred metres up the road to the corner shop which has a pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, KFC and a small supermarket for the essentials.
There is also a public playground for the children just two doors down from The Villa where the kids can let off some steam.

Westmead hospital is less than 5km away. Olympic park and ANZ stadium are 10 km away.
Transportation is easy with a bus stop straight across the street and another a few meters around the corner which can take you to Parramatta or into the city as you desire.

Our stay

Nice and homely we enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and we found the kitchen well equipped. However, there was no information on a change of linen. Other places we’ve stayed have had a change of linen in a cupboard. We washed towels but while on holiday for 2weeks, linen laundry is not something holidayers wish to spend time doing, perhaps.

Perfect stay for a family

It was a perfect 6 weeks stay with my family. Every little detail was carefully thought of , from the air con. in every room, to the drier in the laundry which made our stay very comfortable, thousands of kilometres away from home, never thought I could feel this much home. Perfect stay whilst away from home!

The large 2 bedroom villa is fully air conditioned including the bedrooms. It has a well equipped kitchen for your cooking needs with a gas stove and oven. A large microwave is available. It has a good sized refrigerator. The dining and lounge area a very comfortable. Dining table seats 4 people comfortablely but has 6 chairs. There are 3 x3 seater lounge chairs to sit or lay on. The laundry has a washing machine and the dryer is located in the large double garage which has a roller door. There is a clothes line outside near the back patio. Pegs are supplied. The villa is ground level and located at the end of the block which makes it very quiet and private. The villa can be accessed from the garage through the internal garage door. There is a small front entry patio plus a nice back patio to enjoy and relax on with a drink of your choice. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and good quality sheets are provided. Queen in Bed 1 and 2 singles in Bed 2. The bathroom has a separate step in shower plus a separate bath tub. The towels are nice and thick. Entry to the villa initially is very easy via a keysafe at the front entry patio. The villa is a perfect getaway for a short or long stay. Kerryn the owner is very helpful and responds very quickly to any requests. We will defenitly be returning to villa number 6. Thank you Kerryn for a perfect stay.
