Pet Friendly Large 3 Bedroom House 2 Living Areas Ensuite & Outdoor Areas

Entire House

Huge 3 bedroom brick house. Main bathroom with corner bath, shower, toilet and vanity. Ensuite off main bedroom. 2 Queen Beds, 2 Single Beds. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Two comfortable living areas. Outside there is a barbeque, table and chairs for you to enjoy near the barbeque.

* Please state when booking how many beds will you need to use eg. if you book for 2 people we will assume you only need 1 Queen Bed, so please let us know prior to checking in*

Pets are very welcome as the BNB is super pet friendly and also very secure for your furbabies. The house has full colorbond fencing around the back and sides of the house, and the front of the house has pool fencing.

We offer your basic kitchen amenities. such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and cereal, as well as utensils, such as pots, pans, knives, forks etc. We have a wall oven, with an electric cook top, microwave and dishwasher.

Your home will be made up with all the essentials, such as sheets, towels, face washers, soap bars and liquid body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the showers.

Driveway parking for 2 cars. 1 min walk to Crest Park, 3 min walk to Crest Sporting Complex, Velodrome & Steven Falkes Reserve. 20 mins to ANZ Stadium, Central Location to City and Blue Mountains.
Great location with a 10 min walk to Bass Hill Plaza, 5 mins walk to main road buses and 10 mins drive to the local station.

Air conditioning in Lounge/Dining/Kitchen and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Plenty of spare pillows, blankets and sheets for your comfort.
Cosy and comfortable with that real homely feeling.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to make the beds, please just leave them so we know what beds were used.
If you could please make sure that your rubbish is put in the bins outside, and lights and airconditioning turned off when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you book for 2 people we will assume you only need one Queen bed. If you need more than one bed please let us know when you book with us.
Only the number of people booked can stay the night. Any extra beds used will be charged at extra guest rate.
NO PARTIES AT ALL Small events are allowed with prior permission from host at an extra charge for cleaning may be requested.

Kim is a welcoming host, whose care and thoughts are evident throughout hosting us. The cooler was on for us when we arrived, a thoughtful snack basket that my children enjoyed. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

I did not visit the national park, I saw it driving by a bit, looked very nice. I did not have pets with me, but someone else had 2 well behaved cats and they were very friendly. The host was very good with answering any questions I had and I had an amazing stay there.

Nice place to stay with family and friends close to the city with out any of the road noise. 100% would stay again kids loved all the room to play. Nice an clean like a home away from home absolutely loved it.

The property had everything we needed for our stay, it was like a home, away from home, lovely parks across the road, and close to all we needed. Also the bonus for us, was being pet friendly, and parking on site.
