Birch Studio is a unique mud brick unit which is nestled in extensive private gardens of Birch House. The luxurious couple accommodation is fully self contained, has a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, cathedral ceilings, and a wood fire.

This studio has a charm and character all of its own.

Overlooking the gardens and large alfresco bbq area, this setting, complete with 100 year old trees, is yours exclusively during your stay. Makes for a tranquil relaxing stay.

The gardens have an array of different types of plants and trees attracting an abundance of birdlife. Koalas also visit the huge gum trees on a regular basis.

Free wifi is provided.

Birch House & Birch Studio are located in the heart of Koroit, just a few minutes stroll from the centre of the township's main street, and yet it is quiet and private, perfect for a getaway.

Bring your bike (or hire one locally), take a ride around town. It's a perfect way to discover the charm of this interestingly historic, picturesque township of Koroit. The Port-Fairy to Warrnambool Rail Trail is just a few doors away.

Killarney Beach is just a short 5 minute drive!

Tower Hill (Extinct Volcano and Victoria's first State Game Reserve) is a must see. Lots of walking tracks, flora and fauna, guided tours and much more.

Port Fairy and Warrnambool are just 10 minutes drive away!

DELIGHTFULL

Everything you needed was provided, and almost in new condition and well maintained. Light breakfast, bread, a bottle of red wine, milk, and chocolate treats etc. A very comfortable bed and room, but the best part was the solid fuel heater Hans&Libby Jakowenko

Spoilt. Perfect. Quiet.tranquil, inviting, homely.

Studio cottage a absolute delight. Wood fire, comfy bed and lots of homely surprises - pantry items, toiletries, chocolates, wine, variety of coffee options, joy chocolates, fresh milk and box of juice! This very busy Mum and Dad are going home very relaxed and rejuvenated, just what we needed!!! Thank you so very much.

Why they chose this property

Fell in love with Koroit on our first visit to the town. Searched for a property to set up a holiday rental and found our perfect place! We hope to retire here, but not for sometime yet!

What makes this property unique

Quiet setting, close to the shops (just 2 blocks!), restaurants, pubs, bakery, supermarket. The garden setting is gorgeous. Our main point of difference - there are 2 properties on the block, Birch House and Birch Studio - we only rent out one at a time, so you get exclusive use of the extensive gardens, and absolute privacy! (Only exceptions to this are Port Fairy Festival, Lake School in Koroit, and Koroit Irish Festival - at the request of organisers, it allows for more accommodation in town).
