Wytonia Beachfront Studio 2 is part of the architecturally designed Wytonia building purpose built to give guests the most amazing views of the ocean and beach during all kinds of weather.

Built on 10 acres (4Ha) of absolute beachfront land only metres from the water and a sandy beach,
guests can enjoy peaceful walks on our beach taking in the lagoons, rockpools and magnificent sunsets.

The Southern boundary of our property is the mighty Southern Ocean, and watching it crash on the offshore reefs during stormy weather from behind the floor to ceiling windows of Wytonia Beachfront Studio 2 is breathtaking.

Oh, the amazing view!

We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. One of our favourite things was watching the sun go down over the ocean and listening to the waves as we went to sleep. We hope to go back one day.

Wild couple of days

This is a lovely property in great location. Good walk into town to all the cafes and shops. We found food in PF we could heat in the microwave in the room so that we were able to enjoy the beachside location on a very stormy couple of days. Large single room with high ceilings, just the usual ongoing maintenance issues for a 20 year old house which gets battered by the elements. View from room 2 was amazing and listening to the waves overnight so relaxing.

The property was very clean and had wonderful views of the ocean, right outside the bedroom.

The doona was a bit thin. Due to the size of the kitchenette, maybe a BBQ on the balcony would be idea. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Peaceful sleep next to the ocean

The room was clean, roomy and light filled thanks to the windows with ocean views. Bed was comfortable and climate control was great. A path straight to the beach and about 2 kms to the centre of Port Fairy if you walk. Host graham was nice and helpful with minimum fuss. Loved our stay
