With 135 acres of rolling farmland and a commanding 1/2 mile of water frontage at the mouth of the Tennessee River Gorge, the views are simply without compare in the Chattanooga area. The views from Little River over our 135 acre farm, the mountains, and the Tennessee River are simply breathtaking. This property is a boasts six bedroom, each with an en suite full bathroom with jucuzzi tubs (two are ADA compliant) and spacious gathering spaces. Enjoy the indoor gas fireplace and the outdoor fire pit overlooking the river. Enjoy a stroll on our miles of walking paths along the river and through the woods, bring your kayak for a paddle. This property is also pet-friendly, so you may bring your furry friends to join you in your fun on the farm. Located only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and in Lookout Valley, you are a short drive away from Lookout Mountain attractions and the many attractions and restaurants offered in charming downtown Chattanooga.

Plenty of Room to Spread Out

We had a great stay at the Little River Guest House. Each bedroom had plenty of space and its own bathroom, which offered plenty of privacy. We had our dogs with us, and there was plenty of space to walk them outside. It was a close drive to the TN Aquarium and Incline Railroad. Although we only stayed a few days during a road trip, this would be a great location for a family reunion or friends trip.

Excellent place for a family reunion and vacation

We loved our stay! The open kitchen/living room area is perfect for large gatherings. The yard is perfect for kids to play outside and be far enough from the river that you don’t have to worry.

Peaceful and beautiful place.

Beautiful place... just my husband and I as we were looking at properties in TN. It would be a great place for family gatherings a lot of activities to do and close to downtown Chattanooga. Really enjoyed our stay!

2025 Spring Break

We had family coming in from WI, AL, MS & TN! This house comfortably housed all of us! The accessible rooms were very convenient for our older guests. Every side of the house has amazing views! Highly recommend this place right on the TN River with beautiful Mountain View’s!

Beautiful spot

The location is gorgeous, on the river with lovely views and comfortable outdoor space to enjoy it all. easy to get to downtown. Indoors was also comfortable, although worn around the edges in spots. The kitchen needs more of certain things, like glassware. Communication with hosts could be slow, but everything went smoothly.

Family Getaway

We had a great couple of days in Chattanooga. The layout of the house was great for a big group with plenty of privacy for everyone. Loved having a fire outside in the evening and we got some great family pictures.

Great location for large gathering

Property was a great fit for our multi-generational blended family. Provided enough gathering areas for everyone to be together and enough private space for folks to retreat. Convenient to interstate and Chattanooga amenities. We were able to have meals delivered easily. Hosts were very responsive.

Great Family Vacation

This property was wonderful for our 15 people ranging from 8-70. We enjoyed kayaking and jet skiing on the river. Each family was able to spread out with their own bedroom and bathroom with a great family room to come together. Host met us and was attentive to any questions or needs we had. Enjoyed our week tremendously!

Tennessee River place

The place was great! Clean, large enough for big Families and enough bedrooms where you could get some privacy too. The large yard was great for outdoor activities and plenty enough space inside to have serval different activities going at once. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!

Great Convenient Stay!

The little river guest house was the perfect property for our stay. It was very spacious with allowed my bridal party to spread out and have a bed for each person to sleep in. It is very close to our venue, so traveling back and forth was convenient and easy! The house was very clean & organized, not to mention the incredible view! Also, the keypad entry was very nice to have so we weren't fighting over keys. Overall, great stay!

Needs some TLC- gas fire won’t light, the showers were hard to activate and ours dripped all the time. The game table was rickety. However, we had 15 adults and 1 child and everyone had a bed to sleep in. It was located within 30 minutes of each of the attractions we visited so it was nice.

Summer Family Time

We had a wonderful time, reuniting with 10 adults and 6 grandchildren. Enough space for everyone to have privacy but also to be together for games, meals, visiting. The location was perfect… close to shop for groceries, great for kayaking and totally safe for 6 young children. The hosts were wonderful and very easy to get in touch with. We would definitely return for another summer!

Very comfortable house!

This was one of the most comfortable houses we have vacationed at. From grandparents to the 8 month old all had a good time! Plenty of room in the main area for everyone to be together. Outside space was very usable and the toddlers ran all over without worry. We brought a little swimming pool for them. The bedrooms were spacious. The views from the house were absolutely beautiful. Chattanooga was easily accessible. Easy to work with host!
