The villa is directly opposite a large reserve with tennis and basketball courts. It is an easy level walk to the Four-mile beach and shops along the shady, tree-lined Garrick Street.

A short stroll to the town centre and easy access to the northern end of Four Mile Beach takes away the need for additional transport. Capturing full sun all day, the villa is ideal for poolside relaxing and outdoor entertaining.
