Set amongst lush tropical gardens, Flagstaff Pavilion offers a secluded paradise conveniently located a 10-minute stroll from Four Mile Beach and all the action on Macrossan Street. Soaring ceilings and wall-to-wall doors provide a seamless indoor-outdoor flow—with central cooling to keep you comfortable. Cook meals on the BBQ or in the gourmet kitchen, take a refreshing dip in the private plunge pool, retreat to four king bedrooms, and enjoy the convenience of four bathrooms and secure parking.
Embrace serenity and relaxation as soon as you step through the door. Flagstaff Pavillion combines high ceilings and earthy elements with sleek furnishings and an abundance of natural light to create the perfect blend of style and comfort.

The kitchen is fully-equipped to entertain, with Miele appliances and stone bench tops. An eight-seater timber table accommodates all guests, while bi-fold doors open up, flowing to a gorgeous alfresco area with built-in BBQ, comfortable seating and a calming ambiance at any time of day. Take a plunge in the pool surrounded by tropical plants or cosy up inside on the oversized L-shaped leather lounge with a movie on the 85" Smart TV, equipped with bluetooth speakers.

All four bedrooms offer king-sized beds, travertine ensuites, ample wardrobe space, bedside charging points and ceiling fans. One bedroom can be found downstairs, while the other three are located upstairs, along with a kitchenette and seating area.

Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with a washer, dryer and iron, plus secure parking for two cars in the garage and more space to park on the driveway.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

This central Port Douglas address is close to everything you’d need during your stay, including the Port Village Shopping Centre, and encourages you to explore the area on foot with the Four Mile Beach just a 7-minute walk away. Snap picturesque views from the historical Flagstaff Hill Lighthouse and head towards Trinity Bay Lookout, all within walking distance from the home. On Sundays, visit the Port Douglas Markets to pick up some fresh local produce and hand-crafted goods. Macrossan Street is the place to be for boutique shopping and diverse dining options. We are regular travellers to PD and always stay somewhere different. Saw the photos of this house and loved the size and private pool. On checkin Minor hiccup with “sticky doors” due to the high humidity, but called the agent and Di turned up, commando climbed a couple of fences and got us in!!!! That is true dedication to the cause! Di later came back when we had some trouble getting remotes and fans working - but she attended and worked though with me so big shoutout to Di at Boutique Collections.The place is a pictured. Location location location - couldn’t be better. Pool is great as is the general Ammenities. Dbl garage if you have vehicles (we didn’t) and rooms a plenty. Modern appliances and plenty of cutlery and crockery types - couldn’t fault. The lounge suite is well worn and due for an upgrade but overall, a minor issue. The only note of caution would be the internal stairs for those with really young children - they nearly got me a cpl of times.Other than couldn’t fault it!

Great Location. Amazing House

Photos didn’t lie. The place was excellent. All 4 bedrooms were well appointed with their own bathrooms. Kids had the top level to themselves. Kitchen was amazing. All appliances were quality and made cooking very pleasant. Alfresco with BBQ and Pool is intimate and doesn’t get any sun. But that was the only downside. Would highly recommend for families sharing with other families

Accommodation and location was perfect! Can walk everywhere in P.D. - the house was amazingly clean and had everything you could think of. Highly recommend! My only consideration would be for young families the stair case isn’t the most ‘adventurous child’ safe! Our check in experience wasn’t amazing however was rectified quite quickly once we made contact with management.

Beautiful Property but not quite clean.

We booked the property by the photos and yes the property is beautiful in the photos and it is only when you get there you notice the attention to detail is not as good as the photos but still a beautiful property. We were advised that if you stay over 10days you get a free clean we never received this, the property was reasonably clean but attention to detail was not the greatest. The door handle in the bedroom downstairs is broken, there is no toilet in the common area only one in the bedroom on the ground floor and one in each bedroom so another bedroom on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms on the third floor. The toilet was broken in the 4th bedroom and it took over 5 days to get it fixed due to the weekend and no parts in Port Douglas and I guess COVID has something to do with it. Light bulbs blown and not fixed or checked before we arrived. The key sticks in the front gate but we were advised about this and you have to hold the barrel bolt in to get the key out. The muncher in the kitchen has blunt blades so it doesn't work well. For the cost of the property things need to be checked and repaired.

The house is exactly as represented, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, huge rooms and en-suites. The garden is lush and the little pool was well used.

villa was lovely.. perfectly placed for easy access walking (1minute ) from main street and probs 5 mins max to 4 mile beach.. everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. on 3rd floor there are 2 king suites plus kitchenette.. would have no issue recommending One Luxe to anyone..!

Fabulous location

An enjoyable stay for 3 adults and 4 children. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything. Large bedrooms, ensuites for everyone. The pool is small but was ok for our 4 kids under 7. The pantry was stocked pretty well which we didn’t know and a number of supermarket items we prepurchased were not necessary so maybe wait til you get there to see what you need.
