Our completely renovated Queenslander Home epitomises beach side living in the tropics.
The design of Beach Pavilion invites, with connecting pavilion walkways, large sliding doors, louver windows and high ceilings to embrace our beach lifestyle, "where the Hamptons meet's Australian Beach" styling.
The living and lounge pavilion, opens out to views at each end maximising the natural flow of air. This pavilion also contains the fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasting striking stone bench tops, breakfast bar, modern appliances and also lends to an elegant dining suite perfect for entertaining large groups.
Formal lounging with smart TV area that opens out to an undercover entertainment area with outdoor dining, built in BBQ and outdoor bar fridge for your pleasure, all overlooking the stunning in-ground pool which is surrounded by tropical gardens complete with a sun lounge deck.
Each bedroom designed with luxurious comfort and views in mind. The night lighted backyard tropical rainforest view is an added delight not to mention a one minute walk to the famous Four Mile Beach!

Why they chose this property
We holidayed in Port Douglas every year, & fell inlove with the area - the weather is summer year round, surrounded by Reef and Rainforest , it really is nature's playground. The town is just the right size for us, not too big and not too small - just right! It is a very special tropical location, with SO much to see and do.
Beach Pavilions is so close to the beach, 177 steps to the sand of Four Mile Beach and a cute shady playground by the beach for our little VIP's.
Secluded quiet area, but only one block behind Port Douglas Rd where you can catch a shutlle bus into town day and night.
Very spacious home and perfect for big families or a 3 generation family holiday, where everyone needs some space and privacy but also a grand area to come together.

What makes this property unique
Gorgeous Old Queenslander beach house,we renovated sympathetically to keep the beautiful old timber and tropical architecture of pavilion style living. Today it has all the mod cons but still retains its old charm. Everyone falls inlove with Beach Pavilions and we hope you do also!
