The house was very good overall. New dishes, pots, pans, comfortable couch and beds, and fast internet. We were comfortable in our stay and would stay again.

The owner was attentive to some issues and overall it was not fine. Not fancy, but it allowed pets and had a great location. I would recommend.

Comfy beds & pillows

We stayed for 10 days and the house gave us what we needed. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the guest shower feels like a treat. The rest of the house has the basics and was worked for this type of trip which was in and out visiting different friends and family in the area. It is not an homey feeling house where we would have wanted to hang out for the day. We had to buy paper towels (the one roll didn’t last for our family fo five) and ration TP plus do multiple loads of towels because the minimum is provided. It worked for our family. The owner is very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Thank you for the positive review and feedback. I'd like to address the topic of towels and toilet paper for the benefit of future guests. We provide 8 sets of towels and 8 TP rolls across two bathrooms. I believe that is sufficient for a short term stay, as I have clearly stated in my property description. A family of five finishing 8 TP rolls in ten days - that is one of those outlier situations that is hard to predict/plan for.

The pictures definitely look better than the place, AC never went pass 80, so I was burning up, the bathroom had poop all over it and the garage didn’t work cause the last tenants maybe bumped it but he said maybe it was me but I notified him the same day I checked in which I knew was sketchy. Just really drive over to this location before paying, I literally paid my mortgage at a dump

I am shocked to see this feedback, which is full of lies. Timothy is an absolutely dishonest person and I would advise all hosts to avoid renting to him. As I put in my original feedback to VRBO, I would never host this person again (and this is the first time I have had to submit such negative feedback for a guest after hosting for 12 years). I have addressed all of Timothy's points below, for future guests. 1. Timothy and his girlfriend left my house a mess with so much trash all over that even my cleaners complained. 2. THEY SMOKED WEED INSIDE the home, which is clearly against the house rules. 3. The poop in the bathroom - that was Timothy's doing. The house was properly cleaned before his arrival. 4. The garage door was damaged by Timothy. It was working fine before. 5. The AC did have some issues. Timothy informed me on day 1 and I scheduled the AC tech to go and fix it the very next day. Except Timothy told me not to, saying that the AC had started cooling (I have this in our message exchange). I realized later why he didn't want the AC tech to come, because of all the weed that Timothy and his girlfriend smoked in the house! The AC was fixed the day after Timothy left, and it works very well now (it was a little low on Freon). My home is comfortable and tasteful as the pictures show. My reviews speak for themselves. And I care deeply that my guests have a pleasant stay.

It was cozy house, the summer stay during July and Aug in Texas heat had ac working over but eventually cooled down after sunset in front of the house, host was attentive to any questions arise, replaced refrigerator promptly when the old one stopped working

The property was ok, the house was big enough for us. The home could use something’s replaced. The floors either need striping or replacing. Overall quiet neighborhood and a nice stay. The Host was very accommodating and answered all questions.

Excellent location

My wife and I stayed 7 weeks to visit family and look for place to move to from Minnesota. Grocery, shopping and restaurants all very close. House was comfortable and everything worked as advertised. Owner texted occasionally to see if all ok. I appreciated putting car in garage overnight.

Great location, beautiful home

I have a large family and quite a few pets. Home was smaller than ours, but we fit nicely. The owner really set the home up well to accommodate a larger family. Super nice guy, very thoughtful.

Great, clean, family friendly spot

The house is spacious and clean. Arun is incredible to work with and very helpful if needed. Perfectly located in Frisco just minutes from downtown Frisco and 20 minutes from Prosper and Celina. Really enjoyed our stay.

Attentive and responsive

We stayed an extended period of time due to our house renovation. Arun was very attentive, checking in on how we were doing and responding immediately if we reached out needing something. We were able to bring our two dogs and have a yard for them. Arun is a fantastic host!

My stay was work related....I’ve stayed in many VRBO homes and this one was very clean and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. I would definitely stay here again when I return.

Worked out well!

Older house in an older neighborhood but worked out well for me and my family. We spent 3 months here as our house was being constructed. Very close to all amenities, and owner was easy to work and communicate with. Took care of issues immediately.

Good location and neighborhood

This house was in a quiet neighborhood, in a convenient location in Frisco. The soccer stadium and old town Frisco are just around the corner. Many eating places and shopping are nearby. The house is in an older neighborhood, with some very kind and friendly neighbors. I gave feedback to the owner regarding some esthetic improvements he could make. The house was comfortable, the AC was cool, beds were comfortable, and rooms were fine. He is very receptive and responsive. By the way, the TV and internet are great!
