Bay Dreamz Cottage located in Stanley Bridge has breathtaking water views available for fun family getaways or much needed quiet time. Located just a few minutes to Cavendish Beach, world class golf, Green Gables, Lobster Suppers, deep sea fishing and nearby restaurants with excellent cuisine. This rental is just steps to the waters of New London Bay. Only a 5 minute drive away are local amusement parks, mini golf, music festivals and shopping. Inside you are welcomed into an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. The space is filled with many windows to let in sunlight and the breathtaking water views. The kitchen comes completely equipped to cook fresh seafood or homemade meals during your stay at Bay Dreamz. The kitchen island features seating for 4, and the dining table seats 6. Relax in the living room on the cozy furniture enjoying tv or the water view. Down the hall you will find 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, laundry and a full bathroom. The spacious master bedroom features a queen size master bed with cable tv. In bedroom 2 you will find another queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin size beds. All furniture is new, modern and comfortable. New blinds were added at the recommendation of past renters and air conditioning was added in 2023.

Outside has plenty of room for outdoor activities and seating on the deck to watch sunsets on the bay or eat dinner cooked on BBQ grill. NEW UPGRADED WIFI with 27 (MB) Come stay at Bay Dreamz to make memories that last a lifetime.

Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 years or older, no smoking, no parties or events and no pets. Damage deposit is $500.00.

Departure - Check-out is 10:00 AM. Turn off lights, lock all doors and close all windows. All trash should be in garbage bags and placed outside in garbage containers.
Please do not leave the washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher running unattended. All used towels can be placed in the bathtub and return furniture to its original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved our stay here! Cottage is beautiful and very comfortable! The water view from the deck is fantastic!Well stocked and central to heading out for lots of places to see…sights, shops etc! An amazing church converted to bakery/coffee shop just 2-3 minutes away.Would highly recommend & we would definitely would stay there again!

Great cottage and location

Cottage was very clean and contained all the essentials that we needed. The location is central for touring all parts of the island. Will definitely stay there next time we are in PEI.

Perfectly appointed and located!

This cottage was perfectly appointed and located for all that we wanted to do on our first trip to Prince Edward Island. The cottage was clean, spacious, had all the essentials for our stay and offered wonderful views of the water and beautiful sunsets. We would highly recommend this cottage to family a friends heading to the island.

Nice and clean

The cottage was clean and nicely laid out. It was in a central location for us to use as a home base while we explored the island. More information within the cottage explaining the air conditioning (uses a remote-not central air) and some tips for some island locations that are easily missed could be added to enhance the renter experience.

Another Amazing Stay!

This is our second time to Bay Dreamz Cottage and it was all around an amazing stay. There was plenty of space for our six guests and we felt right at home. The cottage was well equipped for cooking and had plenty of towels. The place was spotlessly clean and fresh thanks to Kay and Annie. It is a great home location to explore the island. We did day trips to the east and west shores. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the porch and gentle breezes. We had hot, sunny weather again and did a lot of barbecuing. It is quiet and beautiful looking out over the bay. We love, love this place and will definitely book again!

Wonderful Stay - Great Place

We arrived a bit early and met Faye and Anne who were hard at work making the place sparkle. We were welcomed with PEI hospitality, warm and gracious. We enjoyed some laughs. We felt at home. The cottage was cozy and had much of what we needed to make meals and relax. The beds were comfortable, and the night breeze was refreshing. We were lucky as we had great sunny, warm weather. To start our days, we enjoyed morning coffee on the porch on the nice comfortable outdoor set. The cottage is ideally located near Cavendish and North Rustico. We appreciated the quiet neighbourhood too. There are a few things I would like to suggest, but it would not deter us from coming back. We couldn't get the TV to work, when the most exciting Blue Jays baseball game was being played! The dining room could use blinds as it got quite hot in the afternoon sun. All windows in the open area should have blinds as the sun becomes quite intense and heats up the living, dining, and kitchen area. The main living room has blinds, but additional darkening curtains would be helpful for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed. It is so bright in the early morning. To summarize our stay at beautiful Bay Dreamz is we have already booked for next year!!!

Cottage très bien situé, spatieux, bien équipé avec tout le confort. Les chaises et serviettes pour la plage sont très appréciées! Pour les personnes qui aiment bien cuisiner, peut-être penser à apporter vos bons couteaux et planche à découper mais il y a ce qu'il faut pour déguster coquillages et homards! Les couchers de soleil vus du chalet ou au bout du chemin sont magnifiques. Merci pour ce beau séjour!

Beau chalet, bien situé à 3 minutes du boardwalk de Cavendish! Chalet propre et bien équipé, la propriétaire nous réponds rapidement. L’air climatisé est très performante, douche avec encore au chaud à la 7e personnes. Si quelqu’un dort dans le divan-lit n’oubliez pas votre loup pour les yeux!

A Wonderful Family Holiday

The Bay Dreamz cottage was the perfect setting for a family vacation to PEI. The cottage was incredibly clean and equipped with all of our needs for a weeks stay. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had and were able to assist in an instant when needed. The location of the cottage is perfect for exploring the Cavendish area and is in close proximity to many small towns and villages worth exploring... our favorite was North Rustico and the Blue Mussels Cafe :) The only recommendation I would make to the owners is to install blinds on the west facing living room windows, as the cottage would get very hot in the late afternoon sun. We would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a getaway to PEI!

A great place for girlfriends get-a-way !

BayDreamz Cottage was the perfect place for four old friends to have a 4 night get-a-way on beautiful PEI ! The 3 bedroom cottage still smells new and was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The spacious interior and lovely outside deck overlooking the water provided ample space for some R & R. The quick drive to nearby Cavendish Beach was perfect for our beach day. The cottage owners Becky & Todd were very prompt and responsive to any of our concerns or questions. A lovely new cottage that I would definitely recommend !

Breathtaking cottage with beautiful views!

My family and I were looking for a modern cottage in PEI for a 4 night stay with views of the water and boy did we find it with this cottage! The cottage looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was open, bright, modern yet still had that cottage feel. The bedrooms were spacious. My Mom and I each had our own room and my sister and my nephew had their own room but with separate beds. It was perfect! It was extremely clean too. There was a minor issue with the WiFi but I was able to connect with Becky easily who helped take care of the issue right away and the next day, we were back in business with the Internet. The deck was stunning with a lot of seating. Beautiful and comfortable deck furniture. The view was gorgeous. The property is on a bit of a hill and the deck is raised so you had a perfect view of the water. I couldn't be happier with the location. If I had any criticisms at all, the only one would be that I would suggest to the owners to purchase blinds or window coverings for the living room windows. There are many windows in the living room and while it was lovely and bright, when the sun comes in it can get extremely hot and there are no blinds or coverings to block the sun out. I would also maybe suggest an umbrella or awning of some sort for at least part of the deck because again when the sun hits in that direction, its hot and practically right on you. This would be my only criticism though and I would consider it minor compared to all the amazing positives of this cottage. I highly recommend anyone staying here and we will definitely be back!
