Great location but stickler with rules

We enjoyed our stay. The location to downtown St. Pete is really great. The lake and park across the street is cool as well. We were aware of the rule with no shoes in the house and we followed that until checkout day when one of us ran back into the house to grap an item before leaving and were hit with a 150 fee for wearing shoes in the house. We get it but it was super nit picky and to get busted on the Ring camera was very big brother.

Great Location for 30th Birthday

When planning this trip, initially I thought about getting a rental on the beach somewhere. The problem with that was always the fact that they were smaller rentals (4 people max). We could, of course, gotten a couple to accommodate us, but I wanted a place we could all be together. Then I found this place, a nice spacious place just minutes from downtown. Here we are after our stay and I can say it was definitely the right choice. We had about 14 guests stay here and it was so much fun for us all to be around each other before and after anything we did. I would highly recommend this rental to any large groups that want to spend time with each other.
