Talbingo, with its magnificent mountain and lake views has everything to offer whether you are a fisherman, water or snow skier, a bushwalker; golfer, tennis player or just a person who wants to relax, you have found a perfect holiday destination.

Snow Gum Cottage is a 3 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 6, is located in short walking distance to the park, walking trails, the club and shopping centre. If part of a bigger group you can also book Osterley Cottage just up the hill.

Polished timber floors and floor rugs throughout and comfortable lounge dining room adjacent to fully equipped easy care kitchen includes fridge/freezer. Main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom a double bed and third a double bed. Built in wardrobes in all, bed linen and bath towels supplied and included in booking quote.

New north facing outdoor deck opening from lounge.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning in lounge and pedestal fans in bedrooms, warm during winter months. Outdoor portable BBQ, large smart TV. Ample space for off street parking suitable for boats etc. in fenced yard.

Telstra mobile network available in town and internet and business centre available at the supermarket. Fuel station in Talbingo currently open from 9am to 5.30pm.

Strictly no pets.

Strictly maximum 6 guests.

Don’t judged a book by it covers. From the outside this house looked tired and small - Our kids rated 1star. The moment we enter the front door it quickly becomes 5 stars. Lovely and warm big enough for 2 families. Everything you needed for the stay. Thankyou to the owner Dianne & Michael for sharing the love.

Wonderful Easter break in the Snowy Mountains

Snow Gum Cottage was easy to find and access. We knew the cottage as we had previously owned a property in Talbingo and it was lovely to see it being restored and now available to rent!. The cottage was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the undercover deck after a big sesssion of waterskiing on Talbingo Dam. The cottage is perfectly located with easy access to the park, the club, golf course and shops. My young children loved the cottage and their excitement added to the ease of our break. They are already asking when we can return! A big thanks to the owners for sharing their cottage and for providing fluffy towels and crisp linen. Their communication was wonderful as well, with swift reply to any enquiry i had. Will definately return. Many, many thanks. Melinda

Cozy and well located!

For our second stay in the cottage we were in 7 people, and the place was cozy, comfy beds, all the kids and adults had a great time! Michael and Dianne are easy to communicate, quick responses and even when we had a problem at night they sent someone to help us at the spot! With the heater on even when it’s pretty cold outside it gets good inside, just add an extra layer and you might even feel hot! We would love to came back soon!

Great Family Cosy Cottage

Love the town of Talbingo - this cottage is perfect for a nice warm cosy place after a days skiing with the family down at Selwyn. Also has a new deck built out the back (didn't get too much use this visit due to the weather) that would be great in summer.
