Freshwater, I believe, is one of the safest and most beautiful swimming beaches in Sydney and also offers a 50 meter rock ocean pool, an ideal way to keep up that daily exercise. Beach, coastal headland and harbour side walks are in every direction.
No need to get in the car though there is a bus at your door taking you to Manly or Brookvale where you will find the beautiful outdoor Westfield Shopping Mall and movie cinemas. The city is a relaxing ferry ride away.
PLEASE NOTE: The property is set up for holiday letting. This is not a party property, strata has very strict noise by-laws and do and will issue fines for offences. You will be immediately evicted and loss of bond plus any other damages to be paid for. Strictly no parking on common property, garage space provided.

Important information and conditions of rental:
This is a premium property and is only suitable to those who are considerate and respectful and is for private use only. The property is to be maintained and left clean and tidy with keys and remotes left in the agreed location. Loss of remote will incur a $100 replacement charge to be deducted from bond. This is a recycle friendly building, please dispose of all waste thoughtfully. BBQ and convection microwave oven must be left clean and kitchen must be left clean and tidy. There is a cleaning fee included in the rate however, failure to leave the property clean & tidy may result in excessive cleaning charges being taken out of your bond. Please notify us on the day prior to departure in writing if extra cleaning is required so we can co-ordinate cleaners.
Strictly no pets, no parties, no smoking and no more than four persons to stay at the property. We reserve the right to withhold your bond and terminate your stay if any of these occur.
You accept full responsibility for any breakages or damage caused by you or your guests. If any damage is negligence all costs of repairing and or replacing back to its original order will be your responsibility. Any further costs such as relocating or refunding future guests until property is repaired will be at your cost.
We ask you to kindly notify us of anything not up to standard so we can arrange an urgent repair or replacement.
