As you enter through the large entrance hall, you will be impressed by its space and classy appointments.

Consisting of a large open plan living/dining/entertainment area, kitchen with gas cooktop and 900mm oven, island bench with Caesar stone benchtops and walk in pantry. A second separate living area at the front of the home with two double sofa beds, master bedroom consisting of 1 Queen + 1 Single foldout bed option, an EnSuite featuring a double shower and walk in robe. A further three bedrooms consisting of 1 Queen + 1 Single foldout bed option, all with BIRs, are located at the rear of the home as well as a second bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.

Air conditioning is provided by two large reverse cycle split systems.

Other features include a North facing deck with a BBQ, double lock up garage and a fully fenced backyard.

Close to parklands, playgrounds and BBQ areas and only a short walk to Cowes shopping area and North facing bay beaches.
