The Space:
Welcome to our Urban Farmhouse, where you step onto a spacious front porch before entering into a welcoming living room. The living room is complete with a Smart TV, where you can log in to your favorite streaming services to catch up on that show you've been following.

Opening up from the living room you'll find the dining room offering plenty of space to enjoy home-cooked meals with family or friends. Seating includes a cozy bench and comfortable chairs.

Adjacent is the fully-equipped kitchen, boasting butcher block wooden countertops. Here, you have everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are tucked away in the kitchen.

Three bedrooms await you, offering the perfect end to your day. Two are fitted with king beds, while the third features a full bed and a bookshelf stocked with children's books, making it an ideal space for younger guests.

Step outside onto the wrap-around back porch, leading to a grassy area where outdoor adventures can take place. A grill and firepit are ready for you to create memorable nights under the stars.

The Neighborhood:
The heart of Tampa is full of the historic & hot trending neighborhoods. This charming area is in the urban core of Tampa. All our adjacent neighbors are friendly and quiet. Our neighborhood is an emerging historic urban area, but we have always felt very safe here. Well known by locals for its beautiful 1920's Craftsman Bungalows and its food and beer scene. Tampa eateries and bars attract an eclectic mix from all over Tampa Bay. You will not find a chain restaurant here. We love how close in proximity our home is to lots of amazing micro-breweries, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. We are also close to many theaters, event spaces, theme parks, beaches, malls, and universities. We'll include a comprehensive city guide immediately after booking!

Getting Around:
This home is a 1-5 minute drive from many of our neighborhood's best bars and restaurants. There are a half dozen craft breweries within 2 miles! With a central location like this, third-party rideshare services are incredible options for getting around. Fares are generally around $6-10.
