This 3 bedroom home in West Tamworth will ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Three bedrooms, 2 with queens and third with double. All bedding new with pillow top mattress.

1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

Clean and well presented with quality furnishings.

Light breakfast supplied, comprising of tea/coffee, fresh bread, butter, an assortment of condiments, cereal (2 types), milk and free range farm fresh eggs (from our local property).

Split system heating and cooling in the lounge and master bedroom. Additional heating provided for other areas. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms for the warmer months.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and oven.

Living area with TV/DVD, lounge (sofa bed).

Free WIFI

Well equipped laundry with ironing facilities and washing powder.

BBQ facilities.

What a Wonderful place to stay. The beds are comfortable, everything SPARKLING clean. Special touches like fresh flowers, eggs, long life milk bread and butterLaundry everything you need for a relaxed holiday, to top that off our dogs were welcome as well. The property is fully inclosed and yard was tidy.Sarah is a fabulous host.The club is across the road for a good feed.It has a really nice vibe and is welcoming. Sarah left us some fresh eggs and a loaf of bread for morning breakfast which saved us a trip to the shops. Bed is comfortable.

Great Location

Lovely little house with lots of character, location was great. We stayed here for two nights whilst we explored Tamworth. There is a fantastic little spot out the back where there are two chairs and a table and we sat there in the afternoon sun, was brilliant! The bed was super comfy, and the room we stayed in was lovely. We had a great stay!
