Blackrock Beauty near Butler train station

Furnished in a comfortable modern style, this three bedroom house is the ideal place to spend long summer days or cool winter nights.

The living room is furnished with comfortable leather couches which are perfect for relaxing or watching movies on the flat screen television. On hand is a wood burning fire for those cosy winter nights, or reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the house for all round cooling/heating.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with ample counter space and storage and an open-plan dining area.

The main bedroom includes a queen size bed with en-suite (shower), separate dressing room and 32" TV.

The second bedroom contains a double bed with built in cupboard.

The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.

A second bathroom contains both a shower and bath and there is also a guest toilet leading off the laundry.

The kitchen includes modern stone benchtops, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, with appliances like fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. provided. Free wifi and Netflix. The house can be accessed without any stairs through the double automatic garage. A large outside patio contains an outdoor dining table and gas barbeque.

The house itself is close (less than 1km) to a variety of grocery and other shops (and medical facilities) and takeaways, and 1km from Butler Train Station which gives direct access to the Joondalup shopping centre and the city centre. Jindalee beach and the Jindalee shopping district with doctors offices and take-away shops is close by.

Please note that this is a private property, not a hotel with full time cleaning staff.

There are security cameras outside the front and back doors monitoring the outside of the entrances for unauthorised guests and parties. These will be on and recording during your stay (motion activated).

This is an excellent property that is beautiful, well appointed, clean, modern and spacious. The owner was spectacular with us when we had problems with our flights and needed to adjust. Skip the hotel and go straight to this great home. The pricing was also amazing. Close to the beach, the city, shopping but far enough away that you can enjoy the peace and quiet. 5 STARS!

If you're immigrating, I've been there and done that so can always offer some of my own experiences. If you're coming for a holiday or visit family, there is no better place to stay - low maintenance with all the household good you could need, close to public transport and the beach - there is no better place to stay!

Why they chose this property

The house has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and a wood burning fireplace. It has high ceilings and the living room is large and open-plan with wall to wall windows which makes it look and feel nice and airy. There is a private patio with garden dining set under a shade sail to make use of those lazy sunny afternoons relaxing. Kids will be very happy with 2 single beds in a bunk-bed set-up. There is a computer with internet access and a printer if it should be needed, and limitless free wifi. Netflix is available for all those movie buffs or parents who need some cartoons to keep the kids busy, and there is a Wii with some games too.
