Just 300 meters to the Indian Ocean, enjoy the views from the timber deck at the large outdoor pool area. La Mer is equipped with tropical styled furniture and functional appliances and offers everything you need for an unforgettable break, stay or holiday. La Mer is close to safe swimming beaches, public transport, shopping centers, cafes & restaurants. Just a few kilometres from the nearby Clarkson train station to take you to the CBD in 35 minutes.

Nearby local attractions include: Hillarys boat harbour, Mindarie Marina, Sorrento Quay, AQWA - aquarium, shopping centres, cinemas, restaurants and national parks, all just a short drive away. Many golf courses are available in the area. Conveniently travel to the Perth CBD by using the train from the nearby Clarkson train station. Travel within 30 minutes to the Perth Swan Valley wine area and visit wineries for great food and wine tastings.
