Luxury Studio on the water 600 sq ft
This is a brand new apartment building with high end finishes and modern furniture. This unit is a large 600 sq ft studio right on the water with overlooking the inner-coastal. Bedroom area is separated from the living room with a wall. In unit laundry W/D, custom bar table and desk. Projection TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Private patio overlooking the inner coastal and downtown Fort Lauderdale with outdoor furniture. Queen size bed with Memory foam mattress. Full bathroom with large size bathtub and full kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave.
Guest will have access to the common areas, which include:
-gym with breathtaking view,
-waterfront resort style pool,

-dining and BBQ area,

-lounge areas
