Good Kitchen and Heating, Needs Better Cleanliness

The unit was hard to find due to unclear signage, and there’s no proper driveway — the high gutter scraped our coupe a few times. The kitchen is well-equipped and heating works well, but the cleanliness could be better (found dust, a dead wasp, old biscuit and greasy barbecue). Beds are uncomfortable with noticeable springs, and pillows have an unpleasant smell. Marion Bay is quiet with only one pub and a small store nearby. The unit runs on rainwater. A peaceful location but some improvements would enhance the stay.

Didn’t tell me what unit we were in

Didn’t have check in details until 3:30pm an hour after check in. No sheets because of the not knowing which unit was the one we were supposed to be in. I feel like it was the stays website that didn’t get the email through properly for check i details

I couldn’t actually stay at the property because our trip was cancelled yet nobody responded to me?

Communication is poor to say the least as I have still jot heard back from the manager about my unavailability to rent the property?

Very responsible owner. Kym is a LEGEND!

We booked overnight stay at this property. Kym has double booked us by accident but made the effort to communicate with us and compensated the oversight by booking another accommodation for us plus dinner without extra charges. He made our trip very enjoyable knowing that we don't have to worry about accommodation. Kym is reliable and dependable. Family holiday

Property is basic but perfectly located. Close to Penguin Point which boasts beautiful safe swimming for little one. Literally on the doorstep of Innes. It's totally self-catered meaning you need to bring everything (no sauces or oils etc kicking around). Also no supermarkets so come well prepared.
