Cloudbreak is tucked away at the end of a quiet, secluded court, offering stunning panoramic views over the national park and unforgettable sunsets across the salt lake. Surrounded by native trees and shrubs, it’s a peaceful retreat where you can relax, unwind and enjoy nature at your doorstep.

Inside, the home is immaculate and thoughtfully styled, blending modern décor with charming antique touches to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The north-facing, open-plan design fills the space with beautiful natural light, giving the home a bright and airy feel throughout the day.

The home is well set up for families, with beach-themed stuffed toys, children’s books in the bunk room, and a wide range of card/board games for all ages. These can be found in the antique white toy box next to the dining table, making it easy for kids (and adults) to relax and enjoy downtime together.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, Cloudbreak is ideal for two families or a relaxed group getaway. The home features two queen beds, two king single beds and two bunk beds. Please note that four of the beds are bunks designed for children, and one bedroom contains two king single beds. For comfort, we recommend a maximum of six adults, with remaining beds best suited to children.

A standout feature is the spacious second-storey outdoor entertaining area, complete with a built-in kitchen servery that connects seamlessly with the indoor living space. With an 8-seater indoor dining table and a 6-seater outdoor setting, it’s perfect for shared meals, sunset drinks and quality time together. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a sheltered downstairs BBQ area and plenty of undercover parking.

Ideally located in the heart of Marion Bay, Cloudbreak is just a 2-minute drive or an easy 10-minute walk to Willyama Beach, Penguin Point, the Tavern and the Jetty—everything you need for a classic coastal escape.

Peaceful, Cozy, and Picture-Perfect at Cloud Break

Beautiful views and a relaxing, comfortable living space made this a great place to stay. Every time we walked up the stairs, we were treated to a stunning outlook. Warm and very livable—perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Nice Place

Stay was great, house was lovely, easy check in. Travelled from Broome WA, had family come and visit, was able to park their caravan which was amazing. Had owner call questioning that there was 7 cars at the home as we had friends and family come for the day to visit us as we live interstate - made it feel like we were being watched by neighbours, did not feel very comfortable after that phone call.

Perfect long weekend and Innes NP

Ben was an amazing host, very prompt on all communication. He offered advice on local attractions, surf conditions, places to swim with different wind / waves conditions. Property was very clean, good views into the NP, 2 minute drive to Penguin Point for SUP and kids swimming. Beds were comfortable, great layout for two families. Thanks again.

Head in the Clouds relaxing

Lovely. Relaxing. Spacious. I forgot everything and enjoyed our time there. Did not want to leave. One is supposed to be out and about, however we found more time to relax at Cloudbreak. It is what all previous reviews have commented on. Lovely spot. Will go again.

Comfortable, clean & spacious house

What a great find! Modern, well maintained and clean. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of bench space and the rest of the house is well laid out, even down to a 3rd shower in the downstairs laundry. Will easily accommodate a couple of families, with ample undercover parking. Great views from the deck across the Innes National Park, especially at sunset. But don't forget the mozzie coils.

The most relaxing break

Had to stay again after a weekend stay. This time for a week courtesy of wonderful accomodation by owners. Just the most relaxing, refreshing, best placed spot. Dead end street, beautiful outlook across to Dhilba Guuranda and quiet. Beautifully minimally presented, creates no fuss, easy to keep clean, Excellent kitchen and what you need. Awesome deck to soak in the rays. Owners are lovely, on contacting them with something 'I did' the concern was more that I was 'enjoying our holiday'! Highly recommend, the reviews certainly tell the story of 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend. Although saying this is not beneficial as you want to keep it secret!

Beds were terrible old and not up to standard

Beds were terrible and tiny not adequate for 6-8 adults as stated. Bed in second bedroom was old and wasn’t a proper ensemble. I had to sleep on the couch it was so uncomfortable. My tall teens couldn’t sleep in the beds as they were tiny and had to crunch up to sleep mattresses were cheap and very uncomfortable, it spoilt our holiday because everyone was tired from not sleeping well.

Perfect for us

My wife and I spent three nights here late March 2021 for a short getaway close to Innes National Park. We found the property to be very clean and well lit with a surprisingly comfortable master bedroom bed. There is a lovely view from the deck and two large showers. Especially the one in the his and hers bathroom. There is a fish cleaning sink and a barbecue under the house and a lot of parking in what was a quiet neighborhood during our stay. Very nice kitchen with a lot of cabinet space, large supply of dishes, glasses, etc. That said, (and this could have been OUR shortcoming) the Bosch dishwasher should have simple directions, maybe taped right on the door. There may have been directions somewhere but for whatever reason we couldn't find any. We are very experienced and love to cook but we struggled with it in the beginning. Directions would have helped a lot and would probably would have saved water. All and all this was a lovely and comfortable house for us. It suited our needs perfectly. All the best, Joanne and Frank

Marion Bay perfect home away from home

This is a very thought through holiday home, easy living, has all you need for a couple or family to enjoy a break in Marion Bay. The shaded car parking under the house, ground floor laundry to unload the washing from the beach and rise off the sand in the full sized shower, downstairs bbq and open living area upstairs to enjoy morning coffee and sunsets. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms modern and all rooms have easy use windows or sliding doors to let it the fresh air. Kitchen well equipped with good quality equipment. High capacity air con in lounge easily servixes all rooms, all properly well lit controlled from inside the house. Couple of streets walk to beach and 10mins walk to Marion Pub for a meal & provisions. This has to be one of the best places in Marion Bay. We will happily stay at Cloud Break again.

A fabulous holiday home
