This property is perfect for a short beach stay. The proximity to the beach and shops and the "feel" of both the apartment itself and the friendliness of the other people in the block is wonderful. Only hesitation in recommending is that other people might book it out so I cannot book it myself.

This is our 3rd time staying here. You can't beat the view and the close proximity to the town of Avalon. No car needed. We had perfect weather. The beach is just across the street. Our host was easy to communicate with and prompt to response. We had another wonderful stay.

Beautiful, clean, beach house apartment. Stunning open plan living that looks out to the ocean. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony with stunning views. This is a home away from home. A gorgeous get away to completely disconnect. Close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping, the ocean, EVERYTHING! The ideal holiday location. Thank you Caroline for being an amazing host.

It is a small two bedroom unit overlooking the beach. Great location, building is old and access is up five flights of stairs. Rooms are small but kitchen lounge is spacious. Forget the car parking as the garage is too small for any modern car except a mini or a motorbike. Street parking only.
