The Studio - Prevelly

The Studio is located at Prevelly Beach, 10 minutes west of the main town of Margaret River and a 5 minute walk to surf and beaches. The front courtyard has stunning ocean views to surfer's point and it's just a short walk to the pristine waterfront including a gorgeous park, safe swimming and dog beaches.

Owned by a local artist, his quirky colourful artwork adds to the character of this idyllic beachside Studio.

Private and secluded with king sized bed, kitchen, dining, TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom. All linens and towels supplied.

Watch the sun go down behind the ocean from your front row seat or choose the serenity of the fully fenced back courtyard.

The Studio is a short stroll away from Sea Gardens and the Prevelly Park General & Liquor Store.

Well behaved pets are welcome - close walk to dog beach and exercise area 🐶

Very good size property, and easy to check in. We stayed with our dog, and it was perfectly located with a dog exercise area nearby, and only a 10min drive from the Margaret River town centre. We loved the quiet surroundings and it was just a short walk from White Elephant Cafe, which was amazing for breakfast.

Wonderful location

We found The Studio to be a fantastic place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The beach was a short stroll through bushland and there was a great little general store within walking distance. We loved the little courtyard, where we could sit and watch the sunset whilst having dinner. Perfect for couples to get away from it all. Highly recommended.

Lovely studio with ocean view

The studio has a phantastic view, it is nicely decorated with various artworks. It has all you need for your holidays. We loved the little patio and above all the vicinity to the ocean and the glorious sunsets. It was a wonderful holiday.

This is a little gem of a place, quirky, interesting, very comfortable and a fantastic location so close to the stunning beach. It had everything we needed and we loved staying there. Due to an unexpected change in our plans, we had to shorten our visit from 4 to only 2 nights and it was very hard to tear ourselves away! Julia our host was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating of our changing needs. We would love to come back and stay longer in the future, there is so much to do in this area. And it's lovely not being in the busy hub of Margaret River township. Thank you so much, it was a beautiful end to our holiday in WA.

cute studio in amazing location

we stayed for 3 nights and were delighted on arrival to find such a cute studio in such an amazing location, minutes to the beach, little shop and cafe.the purpose for our trip was to spend a few days by the beach with our dogs, and we loved that this place is truly accommodating for people and dogs.my only complaint would be that the mattress seems to be past its prime, both my husband and i got a little back pain
