About this property

Baffle Creek Fishing Cabin<br><br><br><br>

This is a water front property located in the township of Colonial Cove on the south bank of Baffle Creek, 63km north of Bundaberg.
Colonial cove is a small community made up of permanent residents and holiday houses. There are no shops, The nearest is 30km away
Our house is fully self contained, The main residence has down stairs kitchen, bathroom and living areas. Upstairs is 1 combined sleeping area with 2 Queen and 4 single beds. Then there is a separate cabin with 1 Queen and a double bunk.
You will have direct access to the water via a set of stairs and a beautiful sandy beach where you can swim, fish etc.
There is no wifi and phone signal is good.
This is a residential area with permanent residents on both sides. Therefore noise restrictions apply.
Loud parties and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
Due to the cost of cleaning an entire house and cabin we have a minimum of 3 night stay.
Pets are not allowed.

Such an enjoyable 4 days. The property is superb for a family, mates or fishing trip. The sleeping area is upstairs away from entertaining area. Great anchorage out the front with a great little beach out the front when the tide turns. Great view from the both upper and lower patio's. Can't wait to head back.

Relaxed fishing spot.

This property was pleasant and peaceful with a uninterrupted view of Baffle Creek. The property itself had all the basic facilities and the owner was very helpful with all our requests. However, the cleanliness of the accommodation was not up to scratch.

Brilliant location

The accomodation was excellent, access to the water was fantastic, the beds were very comfortable. The only negatives were that the oven was very dirty, the carpet upstairs was badly stained in a number of places and the toaster didn’t work. But overall it was a very good place to stay and i am sure i will go back someday.

Absolutely stunning location and property. The neighbors we did meet were so welcoming and friendly. Will be back every year for sure. Easy check in and out process and owner contactable when and if needed. Am sad to leave.

Baffle is a lovely coastal village. We are fishermen so this place was paradise!
