Farm Beach Stay

A gorgeous location to stay, only 5.4kms to Lakes Entrance's beaches, lakes and bushland. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the outdoors space. My home is perfect for anyone looking for a get away.

Ideally situated on the Princes Highway Kalimna West this 105 acre property is only 5.4 kilometers to Lakes Entrance. In Lakes Entrance you get to enjoy both the beaches, including the 90 mile beach and the lakes which are perfect for fishing and boating and recreational activities. You are only, 7.4 kms to Swan Reach, Metung and the Tambo River renowned for its fishing.

The Colquhoun State forest is literally a 2 min drive away with its purpose built mountain bike track, bike and horse riding trails, and the lovely Log Crossing picnic/bbq area, with its rainforest walk and the swing bridge over Mississippi Creek.

You're accomodation for 10 consists of

3rd bedroom has 2x sets of double bottom single top bunks.

The lounge room is well appointed with reverse cycle air conditioning, wood heater, and a 55 inch Smart TV

Kitchen/Dining consists of Gas cooking, microwave oven, large 2 door fridge freezer, dishwasher, reverse cycle air conditioner all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils supplied.

Bathroom- shower toilet, vanity. Second toilet in laundry

Laundry- has a large washing machine, iron and ironing board and detergent is supplied.

Large fully enclosed yard with extensive gardens and large shade trees. Under cover Bbq with large outdoor setting.

George our resident pet sheep will greet you on arrival. He loves to be hand fed and given a scratch.

Heating/Cooling- 2 reverse cycle air conditioners. .

Car parking- large parking area for boats, personal watercraft etc.

Smoking- outdoors only.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, we ask please that all rubbish bins including toilet bins be emptied into large green bin outside. And dishes are washed and put away.

Excellent location and cosy house

Though a little tight for a big group, the house was clean, cosy and comfortable enough. Kitchen was well equipped and many supplies were thoughtfully provided as well for our convenience. It was also very close to Lakes Entrance where most of the shops are. We enjoyed our stay overall. Thank you Christine!

We loved it! A beautiful farmhouse that was so close to the beaches

The house was immaculately clean and was had everything you could ask for. Christine was excellent and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay! My kids adored George the sheep! A farm stay - 5 minutes from the beach! You can’t beat it! We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful Weekend

Spent a wonderful 2 nights here with our 3 children. Gorgeous, immaculately clean farm house, had everything we required including fresh milk and bread. Beautiful gardens and lovely view. The kids thoroughly enjoyed feeding George the very friendly sheep every day as well as patting the beautiful horse that would occasionally come to visit in the back paddock. Close distance to Lakes Entrance and to other lovely towns such as Metung for exploring. We will definitely be back for another visit. Thanks Christine!

Great experience

This is a nice house with a beautiful garden, sceninc view, a lovely sheep, comfortable rooms and a great kitchen with all kinds of facilitoes. More importantly, the host was so considerate and her hospitality made this place our home away from home for our holiday. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic holiday stay

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was a very nice experience. Typical farm house, quiet, nice view, large space, you can even feed George the sheep on the back yard. And, it's very close to the town center. The owner Christine is very nice and helpful and easy to communicate with. We hope to come here again. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable house

We spent long weekend in here, such a lovely house, well maintained. Everything that you need is there. Kids also have fun to fed friendly sheep, George. Just 10 minutes drive to the beach, woolworths, local restaurant, playground. The owner, Christine very friendly and communicative. Defenitely we will be back.
