A beautiful property in a lovely location right on the water. Has everything you want from a wonderful experience. I only wish we’d stayed for longer!

Everything about our stay at Fair Winds was exceptional. The property itself is beautiful, and the amenities provided are first rate. We fell in love with Fair Winds at first sight! You would never tire of the views from every window - not only the natural beauty of Brooks Bay, but also the abundant bird life and visiting pademelons. We were very sad to leave.

Very relaxing and well appointed home.

We loved the peace and quiet of the residence. We loved the expansive view of the river. I loved the little beach. The separate sleeping and bathroom arrangements were most satisfactory. Kitchen well equipped. Everything clean and made very comfortable. Thankyou for the awaiting champagne and goodies.

Fabulous

Fairwinds was an exceptional property with views from every window and a private location. It was modern and clean with attention to detail. The kitchen was very well equipped, including the pantry and it was a real joy to use. The pictures don't do justice and we were sad to have spent only a short time there. Highly recommend and can't wait to return in the future.

From the moment we (four adults and our best-behaved labradoodle) arrived, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Not only was the house spotless and exuded a warm and inviting vibe (and with a lovely bottle of champers and crusty loaf and spreads), but the views were stunning. The house has a fantastic layout - two seperate wings and a shared area were absolutely perfect, as was the well-stocked kitchen. The pebbly beach is just metres away and perfect for rock-hopping, a spot of fishing, foraging, and watching dolphins. Fair Winds was absolutely magical and the photos don’t do it justice. We’ll definitely be back. None of us wanted to leave and wished we were staying longer. Thanks you so much for giving us such a fabulous mini-break.

Fantastic place with a magnificent view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fair Winds, it was a shame we had to leave. A truly great place with awesome views and everything you could ever want in a rental property. We will definitely return one day and would highly recommend this place
