Very warm and welcoming. Beautiful atmosphere and convenient that water and butter and jam were in the fridge so you don’t have to bring EVERYTHING. I would definitely stay again.

It was a pleasure to host you both, Glenn. We love sharing our place and hosting peeps who truly love all we - and the area - offers. We happily recommend you as considerate and respectful guests, (thanks for leaving Casita Rica in such a pristine condition) and would welcome you both back anytime. Safe travels!
It was so difficult to leave Casita Rica. The tranquil setting, immaculate abode and warm hospitality made our few days exploring the Huon Valley without a doubt one of our most favourite getaways.

Thx Graeme! We know the feeling. The view alone is worth staying for - you tend to get lost in it. So glad you enjoyed your time. Hope to have you back again 😁
A lovely location with an elevated view over the trees and bay beyond, Casita Rica is a well designed, well appointed and private location. The building is quiet and solid in the face of some strong winds during our stay, and the windows provide a light and bright space. Wood fire is nice and toasty, the bathroom is excellent and the kitchen has everything we needed.

Casita Rica is lovely. The owners created something quite special in this little cabin. Lots of nice touches, the layout is great and well appointed, the view is to die for, it's very private and the area is simply stunning. One of the nicest little holiday houses we've stayed in, in a long time. I'm sure we'll be back at some stage

Casita Rica is a well designed, beautifully presented cabin nestled in a lovely spot amongst the trees over looking the water.
Everything you need for your stay is provided and every little detail has been well thought out by the host.
Communication with the host was easy and prompt, she was super friendly and provided lots of information on things to do in the area.
We only wished we had booked to stay longer as like the listing says you won't want to leave.
We cannot wait to return.
