Great location - easy walk to CBD, South Wharf DFO, Crown Casino, South Bank, MCG and South Melbourne markets. Property has great views of the city and south west due to being a corner apartment. The apartment isn't huge but perfect for a family of 4 adults in Melbourne to explore. It would have been great to access the ensuite as well to take the pressure off the main bathroom at peak times, and would recommend keeping a window open to air the apartment during the day. Although the apartment was very clean there is a slight musty odour when the place has been kept shut up for the day.

Good location, nice views
Overall we had a nice stay here, but the property is definitely in need of an update or refresh. Some areas of the property required cleaning, but no supplies were provided in order to do so ourselves. Not quite the standard or condition we expected for the price charged.

Great views for New Year’s Eve Fireworks
We decided last minute to spend New Years Eve In Melbourne. This apartment offered great views. You can see parts of the Yarra river as apartment is on level 14 and on the corner of the building. Great location if going to Convention centre, Crown casino, DFO south wharf. Apartment was exceptional
