Located just 4 houses back from the beach and within 2 blocks of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Tybee Island Pier.

Top Floor:
Apartment #1- This 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment offers a living area that has ocean views, a 32 inch Flat Screen TV with Satellite TV, DVD, and an iPod docking station with CD and Radio. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes table seating for 6. The large primary bedroom, located off the living area is furnished with a King bed and has an attached private bath with a stand-up shower, no tub. The two guest bedrooms are located down the hall from the kitchen. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Double bed and a 19 inch Flat Screen TV. The second guest bedroom has Twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV.

Apartment #4- A 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that offers a living area that has a Queen sleeper sofa, a 32 inch Flat Screen TV with Satellite TV, DVD, and an iPod docking station with CD and Radio. The small kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher), and there is table seating for 4. The bedroom is located off the living area and is furnished with a Queen bed and 19 inches Flat Screen TV. The bath has a stand-up shower, no tub.

Off-street parking is available for 5 vehicles.
