Part of a small unique complex of units, this villa is a perfect example of the tranquil river settings for which Noosa Sound is famous. North facing decks extend from the living and master bedroom towards the river where you can soak up the sun or sit quietly and read a book.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard and the entire complex is a smoke free environment. With modern furnishings and fittings, superb tiled bathrooms and a fully equipped sleek kitchen. It is definitely one of the best in the complex.
The apartment is set over three levels with 2 bedrooms. Downstairs features a modern kitchen and good size living area which opens out onto a fantastic river facing deck. The second level has two good size bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Driftwood's unique location offers a sense of privacy yet is right on the main river. Swim in the river or watch the world go by from the sunny deck of this modern riverfront villa. It really does represent good value.
The complex offers a tropical pool and barbecue area, with one allocated undercover parking space for each apartment. Such a great place for both families and couples to unwind and put their feet up on a well deserved holiday. There are also jetty/mooring facilities and a sandy beach right on your doorstep. Both the villa and the entire complex are smoke free.
We are walking distance to Hasting Street or Noosaville, which is a huge draw card as parking is extremely rare in these very very popular areas.

We have lived in Qld all their lives and love all that is Queensland - fresh air, beautiful weather and a relaxed lifestyle . Noosa has been our 2nd home a now for over 20 years. It has always been a family tradition to spend some time over the Christmas holidays at the beach and after doing this for so long it was time to invest in the beautiful area for ourselves.
This has been a long time dream and now we would like to share it with as many friends and family as possible. When we cannot get to Noosa we love to travel the world exploring.

This location is perfect as it faces direct north so it is great for catching the breezes and enjoying great afternoon sunsets.
We also love this area as it is walking distance to Noosa main beach, the national park, loads of restaurants and coffee shops.

What makes this property unique
It is directly on the water and has a small beach right in front as you step off the deck. We love the fact we can anchor our jetski right in front of our property so that we can take off whenever the time is right.
