Bright, airy comfortable beach house. 3 Double bedrooms, 2 upstairs and the third downstairs. 1 bathroom upstairs with bath. Separate toilet downstairs with shower. 2 living areas with televisions (3 televisions in total).

Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, sunny rear deck with reading lounge and outdoor eating table/chairs. Quality linen and towels provided.

Clean and modern with Sea views from the living area. Lovely quiet area with back yard opening onto bush land with direct access to beach, no roads to cross. 3 minute walk to surf beach.

Pet friendly; Manyana is very dog friendly. House has a secure back yard with lawn, shade from fruit trees and small kennel. Hot/cold outdoor shower.

Overall, a lovely holiday house in great spot with lots of beautiful beaches in walking distance. Enjoy beach activities, nature walks and a relaxing holiday feel.

This is the perfect beach house with lots of cozy areas to relax. Great sunrise views. We've been staying in the area for 25 years and think this is the favourite place we've stayed, it's a great place to relax.

Photos don’t do it justice - spacious, really comfortable and well appointed and looked after. Great location an easy stroll from surf beach or front beach; lovely sitting on the verandah watching the kangaroos and the waves. Loved it!

A lovely cosy house with views over the rolling waves. Great walks with the dogs. Everything you need and very helpful hosts. Highly recommended. We will be back (with a bit of luck).

Really enjoyed our stay thankyou and so did our dog. It’s very difficult to find a safe pet friendly holiday let. You might want to consider when the family is trying to enjoy a short holiday is having a dishwasher !

We have stayed in Manyana many times and each home has its own 'uniqueness'. You never quite know what you're going to get but this place was fantastic value and the finer touches by the owner didn't go amiss. The home was well kitted out and we wanted for nothing. Thank you for letting us stay.

Beach Getaway in Nature

We had the most fantastic stay over Christmas. One of the most beautiful properties we’ve stayed in the south coast of NSW. Waking up to kangaroos every morning was a beautiful experience and also being so close to the beach with fantastic views. The property is very dog friendly with a fenced in yard and ample room to run around. The house was comfortable, clean and well-equipped with what we needed for our stay and it was lovely to have a Christmas tree set up too. Thanks for giving us a fantastic stay, we would definitely love to come back again!

Perfect house for relaxing beach stay in Manyana

House was in an excellent location, about 2 min walk from the beach, and a ten min walk to the cafe in Bendalong that serves great coffee. It had a well stocked kitchen (we cooked multiple meals at the house and were surprised at how many utensils were there - from roasting pans to a great collection of serving bowls etc). The beds were comfortable, and the lounges were perfect for lounging on after a morning at the beach. The house was spotless on our arrival, and there was an abundance of items such as cleaning cloths, toilet paper, and washing detergent. We had our Labrador with us, and she loved the fully fenced yard. All items (eg, bed, water/food bowls) are provided for your dog...we had brought ours, but will definitely remember that for next time, as the less we have to pack, the better.

Relaxing Manayana

The place was very nicely laid out open plan kitchen, dining and living area with fore place with a good sized deck. It was clean and spacious and very comfortable with couches to the upstairs and downstairs decks. It was a Stones throw distance to the beach as well as having a nice view with beautiful sunrises from the upstairs deck. All in all we had a relaxing stay and enjoyed our time at Manyana!

A great beach break with teens and dogs

Miranda made the check in process very easy and provided a comprehensive guide to the house. The house itself is super clean and very well equiped with everything to make our holiday a home away from home. Plus the view and location were awesome. An excellent stay and one we hope to repeat soon.
