About this property
The Sea Life @ Manyana
THE SEA LIFE is a 2 bedroom beach house located at short stroll to beautiful Manyana Beach. Indoors merge with outdoor living spaces to create a freeflowing environment, enhanced by the subtle salt air breeze and the sound of crashing waves.
Come back from the beach and lounge with the paper on our day bed or outdoor lounge, relax and soak in the private outdoor bathroom, while the kids challenge themselves to a friendly volleyball or badminton competition!
Finish off the day with an alfresco meal made in the gourmet kitchen or a summer BBQ on the deck, with a beer or a good bottle of wine, before retiring in a luxurious King bed.
The Sea Life boasts modern European appliances, outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace for those cozy winter nights.
Ideal for couples and small families, The Sea Life has one King room and the second room has the ability to transform into most configurations - 2 long single beds make up another King or 2, 3, or 4 singles. Just let us know your preference.
LOCATION
Less than 3 hours south of Sydney and 3 hours from Canberra, the pretty stretch of unspoilt natural coastline surrounding Manyana is home to numerous beaches and coves, which all feature secluded spots great for surfing, swimming, fishing and sunbathing.
From the world class waves of Green Island to the calm shores of Lake Conjola, there is a beach for everyone. Large tracts of preserved coastal bushland are characteristic of the area, with reserves such as Narrawallee Creek Nature Reserve and Conjola National Park home to stunning scenery and amazing wildlife.
THINGS TO DO IN MANYANA
Take a dip in the pristine waters of Manyana and Bendalong's beaches, watch as migratory whales and pods of dolphins cruise past the white sand beaches, and feed the stingrays at Washerwoman's Beach.
Have a game of tennis down the road while the kids play on the sports field and playground next door.
Green Island sits just off Cunjarong Point and is well known for its prized surf break.
Picturesque, bushland-fringed beaches stretch north of Bendalong in Conjola National Park and feature plenty of isolated swimming, fishing and surfing locations.
Lake Conjola sits to the south of Manyana and is an attractive waterway with popular locations for boating, sailing, waterskiing, fishing and safe swimming.
The town of Ulladulla is moments away and is known for its picturesque harbour, beaches and shopping and dining areas, and is host to the Blessing of the Fleet each Easter Sunday.
The quaint village of Milton is also within easy reach and boasts interesting heritage buildings and popular boutiques, art and craft galleries and antique shops.

About the host
Hosted by Kylie Solberg

Ocean lover and mother of 3 amazing boys. My husband and I are always looking for the next adventure, which generally leads us to either the ocean or the snow! Living a dream life on the NSW south coast which I could never take for granted, I always feel so grateful for the beauty that surrounds us.
Why they chose this property
We have always loved Manyana, it's such an untouched and beautiful place, and we have spent a lot of time there in the surf and with family. When we bought the land we wanted to build a cosy beach house that felt like summer holidays and winter getaways, and are thrilled to share that experience with you all.
What makes this property unique
The outdoor bathroom is my favourite place in the house. It reminds me of time spent in Balinese villas surrounded by nature. And of course there's nothing like a good fire - the outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace create such a cosy and feelgood vibe.
