It was originally a farmworkers cottage on the dairy and has been expanded over the years. Opening at the end of March 2018, the newly renovated home has an extra upper level with huge master bedroom and ensuite plus study. There is an expansive deck upstairs commanding magnificent 270 degree view and it is a mere 5 minutes drive to famous Mollymook and Narrawallee beaches. It's a short walk to the historic town of Milton, so you can choose between coastal, country or cultural pursuits whilst enjoying the feeling of being tucked away from the hustle bustle. Milton is a lovely, historic town with interesting and quirky boutiques, some excellent restaurants and lovely surrounds. Being close to both Mollymook and Narrawallee you have the benefit of both country and coastal pursuits.
