Offering stunning ocean views from the privacy of a large timber entertaining deck, Bannisters Oceanfront holiday house, is an easy 5 minute walk to Mollymook Beach, Tallwood shops and cafes and Jones Beach. Hear the waves of the ocean crashing on the rocks, smell the fresh sea air and gaze up at the moon and stars at night. Narrawallee Beach, Milton and Ulladulla are nearby and easily accessible via car.

This exquisite, ultra modern holiday house is on a large 1000 sqm block with private, expansive timber deck and manicured lawn backing onto the cliff so the ocean is your back yard! Spot birds, perhaps a whale or dolphin while sitting back on the outdoor lounges.

The house accommodates 6 people. With fully ducted air conditioning for year round comfort, the house has 3 large bedrooms (2 with king beds, 1 bedroom with 2 x king single beds: all with Sealy ensembles), 2 ultra modern bathrooms; one with a full sauna and the other with a freestanding designer bath.

The fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, nespresso coffee machine, juicer, high quality cookware and homewares, means you can cook up a gourmet meal, or enjoy breakfast in. There is also a Kitchenaid 4 burner BBQ on the deck.

Free NBN Wi-Fi. Smart TV with access to Netflix, Kayo and Disney+. We also have a Bose speaker, a wide range of DVDs, high chair, cot, colouring in books, board games and toys, boogie boards, yoga mats, picnic basket & blankets and fishing rods.

All Inclusive Stay:

We ensure the house is professionally cleaned and prepared just before your stay. All beds are made with quality, fresh hotel grade Eco Lab hygiene certified sheets. Bath and beach towels, with hotel sized bath amenities are included in the rate to make your stay easy. We also include tea, nespresso coffee pods and the kitchen is well stocked with spices, glad wrap, dishwashing tablets etc.
Cleaning is also included in the rate.

Awesome Location - Great Place

Fantastic spot, and watching the waves, having some drinks by the fire was great. In the evening, the sauna was a hit, and lots of space for everyone. I recommend staying here, 6 stars out of 5.

Excellent location just a few doors up from a friend who was celebrating their 60th. Nice easy walk down to the beach. Great views. House had everything we needed for a weekend away including beach towels and offered an early check-in / check-out without asking. Nice touch. Lily very responsive and easy to deal with.

Mollymook Beach

This was our second time back to Mollymook Beach and to this property. Love the privacy and the security of this property. The house is in a good location, but very dusty the floors was not mopped properly and not clean enough to my standards, beds were comfortable and well-equipped and has a beautiful view. Communication with the owner was easy. Close to restaurants.

Could be great but didn't quite make it

Property is really nice and well outfitted, but with some significant issues that need to be resolved. Probably better suited to a family, but it did not really work for 3 mature couples - an extra bathroom is essential. The lounge room can't seat 6 adults, so we spent a lot of time in the very beautiful but dreadfully uncomfortable dining chairs. We eventually replaced them with the plastic chairs from the deck. In better weather we might have spent time outside on the deck, but 5 days of rain put paid to that. Worst memory is of the square toilet seats, which might look great but are impossibly uncomfortable to use. That sounds like a long list of complaints and it really isn't. The place is nice, but it's not cheap so it shouldn't have these shortcomings.

Lovely house but dirty

As soon as we walked in we were disappointed with the level of cleanliness of the house. There were smudge marks on the kitchen cabinets, dining table and windows. There was also something splattered on the inside of the dining area window. The floors in the bathrooms were dusty and covered in hairs left by the previous tenant. In the drawers in the lower bedroom there were used tissues and empty sugar packets. I didn't feel comfortable until I'd vacuumed and cleaned the surfaces myself. It's disappointing because otherwise it's a lovely property.

Perfect Bannisters launch pad.

We chose the property for its proximity to Bannisters restaurant which is literally a 2 minute walk down the road. The house is extremely well provisioned with the most glorious views of the ocean. The second bedroom has doors looking out right to the water whilst the main bedroom oversights that room at a different level. Useful to know that the family bathroom is a distance from the guest bedroom and at the upper level. It is a beautiful house and location.
